I hope you guys read these comments. I am disabled from several health conditions and have horrible depression. Some days I can barely get out of bed. But watching your videos have helped me feel a little bit better from my dark thoughts. Thank you. I laugh with yiu guys trolling each other and i haven’t done that much lately. I don’t have any friends and as pathetic as it sounds I imagine hanging out with you guys, thanks. I know no one will read this I guess. Just wanted to tell you you make a difference in peoples lives.
Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create. Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving forward. Don't be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be the reason someone smiles and believe in yourself. You got this.
This gives me the nostalgia of old school multiplayer games, where you both play in the same console with a monitor division. It was fun playing halo like that back then..
Me and my friend played a lot of games together. And years later I still think about how special the memories of us playing ‘A Way Out’ are and how it made us better friends, it tested our resolve and put pressure on our ability to compromise on ways to solve problems. In the end we came out better friends. It’s thanks to the magic of a game like this that really makes you and your co-player feel like you need to survive this together. I hope you guys finish this play through because it’s absolutely worth it. Try and get as sucked in as possible. Really make it seem like you two are in this prison and you need to work together to get out. You’ll never forget the journey you take. Also since the story is branching you can play it multiple times and have different things happen.
I might have absolute trash knowledge about games but this is the most intelligent and innovative use of multiplayer and story telling I have seen so far. The story pacing, the voice acting, the graphics all put together so well.
Hanging out with you two is the best part of my week! Thank you for taking me along with you on this new adventure. Could watch this like a movie! By the way, i heard the guards talking about "The Carson Show." Johnny Carson was a well-loved American comedian who had a late-night tv show that ran from 1962 to 1992. Judging by the clothes and telephone i'd say this takes place in the mid 70s to early 80s. Once we get to see some cars i bet we can pinpoint the years much better. Much love and appreciation!
Fooster: "Oh look! They're fighting..." Fisk: "Yeah? They're fightin' dude.... Don't worry about it ..." lmfao, like he's been in for a while and its no big deal...Fisk is desensitized to the violence xD
You guys kept looking for clues as to when this was taking place. At about 1:24:00, one of the guards asks another if he caught the Carson show last night. The last episode of "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson" aired in May of 1992, so that at least gives you a "No later than" date.
I love the whole "how come you get a lovely wife who visits you!?" Main difference between the two wives is one being HEAVILY pregnant LOL. Little bit of a huge clue there lads.
Me: judging Fisk for acting surprised even though he already played the game. Also me (who played the game six months ago): can't remember shit of what happened
Dorchester Penniternary is king of like this prison...I served 3 years when I was 20-23...the feeling of going through the gates isn't bad, not even the drive...nothing sets in till that moment you walk the cell block....and the guards leave ya alone...you come to find out your roommate is serving life indefinite for multiple murders...
I was having a very rough night and I am just so glad I decided to watch this as I was about to end the day on a very bad note. You guys had made me laugh so much ♥️ thank you
I like the different nods to different famous prisons though, the Johnny Cash poster is a nod to San Quentin, the way the warden looks exactly the same as Bob Gunton from Shawshank, I'm from the UK but I've been to Alcatraz it's incredible and very sobering.
I’m sure there are some young-ins in here… if you haven’t watched Shawshank redemption.. You should! It holds up to the test of time… also it makes you appreciation this game.. for the subtle references
At 3:30 you said something about imagine what that must be like going to prison and knowing that that's your home for the next 10-14 years....my husband's mom has been in prison since 1990....1st degree capital murder-life sentence without the possibility of parole.....she killed her husband....it was premeditated....he was a correctional officer at the jail....my husband was 3 at the time and has 2 sisters....one was 14 months old and the other was 8 years old at the time.....they were raised by their grandparents-(dads parents)....whom sadly both passed away 3 days apart in 2020 from covid....my husband is a huge fan of your channel and watching your channel at the time they passed was one of the very few things that would keep.his mind distracted and his sanity somewhat present....so thank you for creating the content you create sir...much respect
That moment when Fooster says "Hey this reminds me of some movie!" Me: "Escape from Alcatraz" Fooster: *talks of other movies* Me: "..." "Am I too old?"
Soooo, this may be the best playthrough on youtube with two people. Everything about this was absolute fire. You guys are hilarious together. It's so great. You guys should definitely do this again. This game is amazing. Cheers boys.
Every time you have "we" in the title I get so excited I have to get the popcorn out and ready for an awesome video. Keep up the good work. I love the originals Fooster and Fisk
This is basically Prison Break Series, without michaels tattoo and other characters combined into a game. But u guys did it well. Now you guys are on the run. Then fooster got his son Timmy only because carol didnt care to visit him yes and you Fisk. Then you guys got into a plane. Then that plan crash landed in Forest. 😂 Now you guys have to find Timmy.
Swedish director Josef Fares, who directed this game, has a brother who is a famous Swedish actor - Fares Fares - who is also an absolutely dead ringer for the character Leo. Coincidence? I think NOT!
You 2 make this game fun and enjoyable. I lost my brother, he passed away about 5 years ago. We played coop-games and had allot of fun. I stopped playing games after he died. watching you guys play this game was great.
The “when are we allowed to have visitors in here” and then the look on the wardens face as he gestures to the guard and then the guard goes over and hits him in the stomach is a direct nod to the Shawshank redemption when the prisoner asks “when do we eat” and Hadley goes off on him
not to mention the roof scene where Vincent talked to Fred saying "I hear that you are the man who knows how to get things around here" is a nod to Andys first words to Red. I have a feeling this game is a bit of a love letter to The Shawshank Redemption. One of my absolute favorite movies

"Quit looking at my screen" I remember yelling at my brothers playing games like that

This game is a gem. And you and Fisk will totally be the greatest team lol. 👍
hi
TACO HAS ENTERED THE CHAT
29:15 made me choke on my drink. The way Fisk just starts screaming instead of coughing
I might have absolute trash knowledge about games but this is the most intelligent and innovative use of multiplayer and story telling I have seen so far. The story pacing, the voice acting, the graphics all put together so well.
I love how its an emotional scene at the beginning and Fisk and Fooster are just complementing Vincents beard
You guys are both awesome, love your channels.
nice seeing you here mr

1972, so you're right 👍🏿
Best part was Fisk ruining the immersion not by saying "imagine a horror game like this?" but by following up with "oh, sorry, immersion" 😂

That bus ride is the most lonely depressing time of my life
Never heard of this game. Excited to explore it with an old married couple.

Takes the fun out of it knowing Fisk played the game and knows the end “twist”.
I’ve seen plenty of people play a way out. But Fooster and Fisk? This is gonna be wild 😂
I absolutely love the way you both survive as well as laugh along the way. Thank you both for the good vibes 😊

Vincent looks like Julian from trailer park boys and Leo looks like Cyrus this game is gold and so is your channel!
These game characters just seem to be perfect representations of you two when you're playing just about any other game
Fisks character makes me feel like they are playing uncharted 4
Just love how they just go back and forth with the insults and they just laugh about it.
All the beating he took, and made a fuss about the needle the nurse had.
You're not doing a Shawshank, what you're doing is more like the Alcatraz escape.
I like the different nods to different famous prisons though, the Johnny Cash poster is a nod to San Quentin, the way the warden looks exactly the same as Bob Gunton from Shawshank, I'm from the UK but I've been to Alcatraz it's incredible and very sobering.

Fooster and Fisk should try the Dark Anthology Series if this was fun!
'Grab it",..."GRAB IT"!!!!
You're on fire lately. Forest, Green Hell, now this. Thank you for all the entertainment!
hi
Sometimes when I'm having a hard time I come back to this series. One of my all time favorites.
Bicker all you want but when it comes down to it, you make a great team! Well done gentleman, well bloody done!
Damn them guards , they ain't holding Fooster and Fisk back for long . No one ain't .
you guys literally made it 10 tomes better while playing and talking over it like you gave it more life i absolutely enjoyed every second of it
23:30 thought it was going to be a broke-back-mountain moment
my buddy and I played this starting at 7pm, finished it 12 hours later :D. Prison escapes are definitely our thing.
That moment when Fooster says
"Hey this reminds me of some movie!"
Me: "Escape from Alcatraz"

I literally thought of Escape from Alcatraz as well and wrote the same thing. That was such a great movie.

I’ve seen a play through of this whole thing before but I’m glad you two are playing it! It’s sure a wild, wild ride.
hi
I have been recommending this game for a year or 2 now. BEST co-op experience I have had gaming in the last 3 or 4 years.
That was the best team work I’ve seen 👍🏻 I couldn’t stop laughing as it was close calls at times breaking out🤣🤣
Shawshank meets Prison Break meets Out of Sight meets Tango and Cash
The bus ride is surprisingly calming and kind of a reality check all at once
It's Tango & Cash! 😆
This game was a cool experience and could of been so much better if the expanded the story in the prison and had the escape progress over months
me and my dad are playing this game right now and i know all the tricks thanks to you thank you
7:55 "Fisk, we're out in the yurd." Hahahaha! Edit: Fooster, I believe this game was MADE for you and Fisk! Great video!
Fisk grunting when they shimmy up
Fooster jumps into a laundry cart : "LOOK AT MY PEEPEE HOLE!"
Hehe great stuff boys, Fooster if you are so cold I'm sure Big Bubba in the cell down the line would have loved to snuggle with you !

I think Fisk and Fooster need to do an escape room in real life and document it. We need to see this happen
I did find it funny about the Warden just walking in to greet people, then say nothing else. "Hello, I'm the Warden...goodbye." lol
1 hour 30 mins of Fooster and Fisk? it’s my lucky day
