For a Owner/Operator or a family operated Boat this Layout is great. You have all on the same Level. And even the little Nuc in the Front is connected to the Seatingarea.
As always a stunning boat and great walkthrough, I can see many people choosing this layout as it enables a much easier transition between indoor and outdoor space. Love the upgraded 19 inch screens downstairs. If I was to build the boat I would have two sets of single movable beds to allow for two families each with two children. The standout feature though has to be the kitchen it looks just fantastic. Would a sea keeper make much difference in terms of stability for this size boat. I did not notice a water maker either on board.
Hi Jaffa, the zero speed fins give full stabilisation (so no need for a Seakeeper), we prep for water maker during build, but don't fit unless a client specs (as many boats don't venture far enough to warrant fitting one). It's a pretty straightforward retrofit if needed. The movable single beds in both midships cabins is something we have done at request from other clients, good idea for max versatility.
@@TheVirtualYachtBroker thanks for the feedback, I always wondered about the Seakeeper v zero speed fins. Also the information about the need for water maker is useful to know. As you know I am just waiting for that lottery win, however the fact that you have taken the time to respond once again just highlights how professional you and the team are.
James lovely boat great presentation. Can you answer why the aft galley is a £53k option surely there would be galley in the standard boat so why moving it aft is such a hefty extra
Hi James nice video as always I have watched this several times and it is always enjoyable. Please dont spend any time replying if you are busy as the chances of me owning a boat like this are coincidentally the same as me winning the lottery ! As a resident if the isle of wight I'd often wonder if there are many places to keep a boat of this size over here please ? Thanks
Hi Dave, There are quite a few bigger boats here in the Solent. We have a pontoon full of 22 metre berths at Swanwick, along with Ocean Village in Southampton and several marinas in Lymington. Visiting the Yacht Haven in Cowes or Yarmouth are possible in 90 ft yachts with some planning. BR James
You sure know your way around a yacht. You dont ever miss a feature on any yacht. This ones perfect. Thank you.
For a live aboard and entertaining the aft galley is the way to go. It's a gorgeous boat with a wonderful layout.
It’s always been a dilemma if and when the big lottery win comes, which boat to get.... this may be the answer! Stunning
Without a doubt.....
I would never ever leave, life would just be awesome
London Loft Apartment. That made me chuckle. Never been in one of those. I take it there posh!!! Keep up the good work James. You have a great job..
Thanks 👍
Lovely weather you have there and an interesting layout for the yacht. Thanks for sharing James.
Truly a beautiful boat, that I could EASILY call home. And I commend your courage in giving us the tour in that weather. 😄
Thank you very much!
Another great walkthrough for a gorgeous vessel. Love the new aft layout, really opens up the interior of the boat

We agree!
I really like the aft galley arrangement, gorgeous yacht, thanks James.
What Steve said 🎖

I was thinking the same thing.
Stunning boat! Thanks James 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Love the new layout. Great video.
Beautiful boat , great insight
Very nice video James
Good job James, as usual
Another grand slam from Sunseeker.....
wow. she's a beauty 💜
Thank you James :)
Excellent quality vessel
Hi James are there any new 86 and 95 being made for 2021 and 2022 and are any of them coming to the USA boat shows? thank you for all your work James
Very very nice.
Really like the new wood option. Why no opening port hole in the master bathroom?
I'll take two of them......
Thanks for giving us the price of the options
Very very nice, but a 60k option just to relocate the galley 😲. Its certainly a rich man's world.
The aft galley is an obvious change for owner operators, nobody is excluded. Most houses have the kitchen next to the garden don't they?

That's very kind of you to take the time to reply.........when those numbers come up you are on my list of calls to make take care
18:30... better not sticking yr code onto the safe ;)
From a yard that makes a lot of gorgeous boats, this one still stands out. Wow. Was this a commission or a spec boat?
We built her as stock, but have sold literally as she came offline.
is the engine room also airconditioned?
Not as std on a yacht of this size, but we could look at this as an option if required.
Jacuzzi option for flybridge?
Yes we can do a hot tub on the flybridge of a 76 Yacht.
👍👍👍👍👍
What the price? 🤔🤔🤔
Galley aft is so ... Mini-Yacht, not Super-Yacht!
Delete the lower helm enclose the upper and you would have my attention.
If I win the lottery.......
