Why does this Share-Now car have an M on the steering wheel? It's not an M, is it?

İt got packages as m sport package and luxury line package car used in the video is a 218d m sport package it got sportier seats sportier steering wheel and also the exterior changes it gets sportier in m sport package so its the original steering wheel for the m sport
