In this episode we check out a beautiful abandoned temple with a theater inside. It was once home to a fraternal organization known as the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, but today sits in decay.

Also, Thanks for always respecting everywhere you explore.. not destroying things or doing memes or shouting or breaking things... It means a lot to see more people respect the ghosts of time.

You guys didn’t miss an inch and you showed the history and the architecture of this building and it was absolutely amazing. Kudos to you guys keep on doing what you do for old guys like me to sit in the rocking chair and watch you. God bless both of you guys

Beautiful architecture, beautiful music, love it! A fund raising choral/skit group I used to sing in always went to the Shriners' children's hospital and gave everyone a Christmas performance. Shriners helped save my best friend's daughter's life.

I really love this place. I was here in 2016 and like you guys we had no idea what the building was like inside, we found it completely by chance on the trip home from exploring some other places. First laying eyes on that beautiful dome was one of my great exploring moments.

I started suspecting that I knew which building this was at the start, but the shots of the theater confirm it is the local temple! The building dates back to 1908. I find artifacts from this particular Shrine chapter all over the place; lighters, bottle openers, even a mid-50s fez! Fascinating to get an up close view of things. Work is still ongoing to raise funds for its restoration as an event venue and performance space.

Fascinating place. I loved the music you played. Very appropriate. My husband is an electronic designer and often makes amplifiers. He would love the echo room to best his gear. Many thanks for sharing

As a Shriner its always so sad to see one of our buildings in such condition. Thank you for posting this. Since we are a non profit it is so hard to keep our buildings is good condition. I hope by sharing this people can not only donate to the Shriners hospitals but to their local shine as well. Please help keep our history alive and please share this video with people and help preserve our nations historical buildings. (Thanks: The Proper People)
