1/2tsp fennel seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
1(small size) mace
Half star anise
1(small size) cinnamon stick
Small piece nutmeg
4 green cardamom
4 cloves
15-20 black pepper corns
For gravy
1/2 cup oil
2(medium size) onion
Small size cinnamon
1tsp cumin
1 black cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 green cardamom
4 cloves
1(small size) mace
10 black pepper corns
Half star anise
1tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1tbsp green chilli paste
650g chicken
Water + yellow food colour
2tbsp 1/4tsp
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
To taste salt
1tsp Kashmiri red chilli
1/2tsp red chilli
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/4tsp turmeric
1/2 cup tomato purée
Fried onions
2tbsp yogurt
4-5tbsp coriander
For rice
2 & 1/2 cup rice (500g) soaked for 30 minutes
As required water
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
Small size cinnamon
10 black pepper corns
2 bay leaves
4 cloves
3 lemon slices
1.5tbsp salt
1tbsp oil
Water + yellow food colour
3tbsp 1/2tsp
Fried onions
Coriander
2tbsp clarified butter
