What no Pro Tools, that should of been the first one to demo. Pro Tools is most like a traditional console so you have to understand signal path and how to route it. Once you've setup sends and returns in Pro Tools all other DAWs are easy to understand what they are doing. Also sending multiple tracks to same send is typically groups of similar instruments. Sends tend to be time based effects like reverb and delay. So common to see all the vocal tracks go to one send with reverb. Being on one send helps blend the multiple vocals together from being in same reverb plug-in. Another common one is all the drums might go to one send with reverb so they blend together. Also using a send for reverb you an also have EQ plug-in after the reverb. That way you can filter out the low end mud a reverb can create. Understand signal path and routing is key to recording. Cool video.
Very good tips! I probably would have included ProTools but I stopped using it a long time ago. I probably could have added Studio One and Reaper but I didn't wanna get too long and hoped I still got the point across.
We gone learn today 😂💯 so yeah i learned i don't have to write in automation for my sends. i can use a different method.i can also use that mpc 3 technique that links a single qlink for muilt sends and at a touch of one qlink can turn the sends on or off 🔥 We gone learn today 🔥 i knew it was possible to do this just haven't seen any one show how to thanks much appreciated
Dude, I just want to make simple beats. You making me want to quit this shit and go stock shelves at Walmart. Please make a video for us grant folks…. lol 100

@GhettoStyles Great Video ! Do you have any videos on troubleshooting MPC Live pads not responding or how to do a factory reset?
@@StrykerIndamix how exactly are they not responding? And what update version are you using?
@ pads 1-8 was non responsive until I brushed them out ;however after a while pads 9-16 went dormant ..
@@StrykerIndamix that sounds bad honestly. I don’t know if that is a software issue. I’m not sure a factory reset will fix that.
….so are the ‘candy bars’ artifacts..or nahh😈
