- It's always a story for me🤪
This year was about battling who I used to be as an athlete and who I'm becoming, redoing workouts for the first time in a few years, and surrendering my expectations.
It's hard to reinvent yourself as a person and especially as an athlete BUT 7 years into my career that is exactly what is happening and needs to happen for longevity. I'm proud of the weekend and the story to go along with it🤍

This is the best quarter final video I’ve watched and I’ve watched a bunch. Why? Because how you handle adversity. You are an amazing athlete and teacher. Thanks for the lesson.
The most realistic video of life as an athlete, keep documenting all of your journey! some times when you're injured, you really feel on your own and can go to some dark places, I know that feeling. Love your journey!
I love watching you train/compete! I also appreciate seeing you do so much mobility work! And as a 35 year old athlete it helps me to hear you talk about knowing your body and adjusting accordingly.. sometimes I get personally frustrated as I’m not in my 20s anymore and accepting that things change. Thanks for sharing! Glad you were able to get the workouts done!!

Rock on!!! My back is a hot mess right now & I’m in the middle of a re-invention journey also; my body’s ability is deciding the course. Love your honesty about the mental aspect. Also, 💯 know what you mean about getting socks on, usually my first goal of the day😂

Something I’ve had for 18 years from competitive gymnastics. It’s structural but also over training and being abusive for sure
