Nice floor plan and layout. The entertainment center in the southern corner of the living room is an unexpected, but nice touch. The only things I would change is to tweak the layout a bit to accommodate a laundry/utility room, and put hand-held shower heads and grab bars in each of the shower stalls.
I like this floor plan for the most part, but it’s lacking an area for laundry/room. I’m going to build it in my sims3 game and add one! Hope to see more videos like this one.
