Could you do a video on hiring in the right people for your sales team? This is definitely the hardest challenge for any business owner!
Best advice I can give you... Hire an HR consultant or a sales consultant to do it for you. You're too close to the business.

I'm not listed as a supplier. Very little of my work is wholesale.
