    I treat Portra negatives like a raw file. Just do whatever you like to them. Edit your damn film photos, people. What do you think printers (the humans, not the machines) used to do before digital?? Just because you're shooting film doesn't mean you have to leave it how it came out of the camera. If you shot raw on digital and just left the pictures as is, you'd be very silly. So don't do the same with your film!

      100% lol modern portra is literally designed to be scanned and post processed.

      I've only shot two rolls of Pro 400H so far, but I must say it does look better rated at 200.
