One of the islands in the Cook Islands make the same type of drink w the same name “POI”
We use fresh grated coconut and limes. But because the coconut isn’t the same where we are we opt for cream and lemonade.

Veni this drink looks so the bomb uce. My mom likes to add sprite or 7up to hers and it too is great. Gives it a fizzle taste and feel to the drink. Give it a go and see how you like it?
