It's hilarious that you passed by Balan Wandering Knight like it wasn't that exciting, but that's the best reprint in the set
I love how he hits the most expensive card in the set {At the time I'm writing this}, then 2 packs later goes "There's a nice Black hit if we can hit it"
Got my boxes for $88, also we hate you for opening magic 30 packs
He did give one AXE though. Seems fair enough. Like a carbon offset.

Flesh and Blood made paper boosters so MTG had to compensate and double wrap theirs.

They double sleeve because people sell them sealed online and drive up the value a little bit more. As someone who is adding to a Jumpstart cube, I quite like it actually!

Evolving wilds in a landfall deck makes sense, especially if you can play lands from graveyards with Ancient Greenwarden. It's a once-per-turn drop/sac and you can get 2 landfall effects with it, one from it entering and one from the sought out land entering. It's really good with landfall if played right.

In the Dragons Deck, I hit a Dragons Hoard card that was upside down and facing backwards. It was in the second to last card slot. Check them all!
I'm definitely tempted to buy a box of jumpstart. This Saturday my LGS is having a jumpstart launch party but i don't think i can make it. There are some decent new cards in this jumpstart.

What is going on here this release schedule is out of hand glad to see you opening the latest release this jump start looks amazing still haven't opened up a booster box of MTG yet on my channel and I was at a cross between jumpstart or Commander Legends to be my first box to open this jump start 2022 is looking pretty good as well

Joey- 3 Urzas Tower cuz it provides 1 more mana than the other 2, so it's better to get your 2nd in play once the set is up and humming

Me and my friend bought a box 50/50 and my favourite pack that i yot was eldrazi and my anime card was the mythic. It was such a cool pack.

I am surprised to see that the land art on the basics is from Core 21.
Next time do some research first, Balan is a pretty big hit you just glossed over, a lot of the anime reprints are good hits. The one anime card per pack replaced the unique land this time around.

Personally dont like the estetic that arena brings. In person makes it more personal, and love seeing the personalities!
looks like tcgplayer has Spellstutter Sprite, Preordain, Doomed Dissenter, Doomed Traveler, Spear Spewer, and Tragic Slip as valuable commons
Before I even see what you open I am going to say the boxes are not worth the value of the cards. That being said I think the idea is great and I want to get a box, sleeve them, put them in packs, then make a sealed box just to do at home. I love sealed it's my favorite event and this will be great for it.
I saw a box with three uncommons in the back. Highly recommend you check it every time.

I’ve fought that will be easier to find Rhystic study on these packs, probably the cheapest way to get mine will be buying the single, but I like a lot this product, so much fun, it will be better if magic where cheaper in Brasil 🇧🇷

I bought two boxes from my lgs for 120 each. I know I can get them cheaper elsewhere, but I’d rather support the lgs.
There is alot of the themes that have 4 different packs. Only ones that matter in this set imo are the urzatron pack and the pack with rhystic study

Yeah I think that corn was the secret rare pack you know what I'm talking about just like the 8th of revolt card that only had maybe two out of 45 packs it was reprinted and a double Masters the first one

why would they double wrap it? I've always loved your pacing opening packs though, also that you give your thoughts on stuff and some nice story time.
You're supposed to open all the outer wrappers, then everyone picks two theme theme decks and plays with only those cards

My son wants to get into magic wolves seem good for a starter.
I hate the variations of these like early on first box he pulled the rhystic study pack but got the faerie and I pulled the rhystic study pack yesterday but got a shitty Jace

I have to say I’m surprised you didn’t at least mention the Anime-inspired alternate arts you get in every pack. Other then enjoying playing with these with my kids, they were the main reason I was excited about this set.

But unless I missed it (which is possible) you never mentioned that there was one in every pack. Which I think is really cool, and was what I was trying to highlight with my comment. you woulde think some of the anime inspired cards would be worth a couple bucks more. i like anime chicks. lol.
So no one gunna mention that this jumpstart has anime alt arts, that's why some of the commons and uncommons are inflated in price? And joey pretty much skipped almost all of them cuz most of them are in the common and uncommon slot?
