I have a few bags with lots of denim stains and some stains from my oil pastels. The oil pastels come off with alcohol but I’m going to try out the shout gel when I can after the holidays.
Hi, I tried Lysol disinfectant wipe to clean some dirty finger print iff if the light nylon inside of my new luggage, and that didn’t remove much. Then I tried magic eraser with Goo-Gone and it was disastrous, now it has huge wet looking stain. What shall I use? Please let me know. Thanks.
Hi Anna, The magic eraser should be fine since we tested it, but I haven't tried goo-gone on the bag before, are you trying to remove a sticky stain? To remove it, try applying baby powder or cornstarch to the stain and let it sit for a few minutes to draw the Goo Gone out of the fabric. You can also dab the area with rubbing alcohol.
Hi Mayce, I cannot say for sure on your personal leather bag- this was testing for Arden Cove bags specifically. If you want to use it on your own bag I suggest doing a test patch in a hidden location first to make sure the material will work on it :)
