I feel sad because all of these people are like ‘ who’s got an exam tomorrow’ but they all said it 4-5 years ago which means they most likely graduated

When I read this I cried. Lenny was so misunderstood. I can only imagine what if feels like. :'(
George killed Lennie because he knew if Lennie was found by Curley and his posse, what they did to him would be much worse than what George did, in essence, saving Lennie from a crueler fate.
This book honestly brought a tear to my eye. You like to think candy and George got a farm for themselves, but in the back of your head you know George and candy died broke and on a farm
Crooks doesn't "come in" to the bunkhouse. He only pokes his head around the door due to racial segregation. Important detail overlooked!
" Curley gets angry because no big son of a bitch laughs at him"
They forgot curleys Vaseline filled glove
He dealt with the problem himself rather than having the others do it. It's kind of what Candy said after they killed his dog: "I ought to of shot that dog myself, George. I shouldn’t ought to of let no
stranger shoot my dog."
This was probably one of the only books that every school is forced to read and yet I actually enjoyed.
The moment when you are getting sad of what happened at the end from just listening to summary.
If only Lenny knew his own strength, nothing bad would have happened :(
I feel like the only one watching this as I just read the book for fun and wanted to hear some opinions on it
I'm 20 and I studied this novel when I was 15. Glad to see people still studying this for their exam.

A important part is that candy said he shouldn't have let them shoot his dog. He should have done it himself.
