I just went with the Gold package for my Mercedes Benz 2011 SL 550 AMG.,...I've had it for 10 plus years & garage kept. The car looked great before, but even better after having Ceramic Pro Gold package added. I couldn't been happier my detailer for recommending & with the results...RESPECT CERAMIC PRO....CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! I'm telling any & everybody that wants to protect their investment.

Website says Ceramic Pro is only removable with 1000 or stronger grit sand paper. I have some polymer spotting on my ceramic pro coated car from car washes that are not easily removed short of physical agitation. If a light "finish" polish will remove those spots, can I assume that the coating will be safe given that it requires sand paper to be removed

We just had our third Tesla coated with Ceramic Pro -- Last time we had it done in Indianapolis at a spa. This time someone local did it and I just noticed that the paint inside the hatch was was not touched nor even cleaned (still had water spots and salt on it from a drive on winter roads. Is this right? Or is all the paint supposed to be coated?

Coatings can be sprayed or hand applied with an applicator pad. Depending on the application and use case.

What happens if you guys go out of business?
What happens if rock chips hit it? I had 4+ rock chips hit my truck on the same day that I was driving my truck home from the dealership.
Ceramic Pro doesn't want you to know this, but neither their product or their warranty does anything to prevent rock chips. You need to take a look at paint protection film (clear bra) to prevent rock chips, AND provide much more protection than anything Ceramic Pro has to offer.
