Hi Sir, I've requirement like,
Once the user is submitted the CR it should directly in the approved and activated.
Also - the requestor should be able to change only contact person, company code and purchasing organisation

Try to do entity edit restriction from configuration in mdgimg. configure properties of change request step. CR type auto approval is straight forward without any steps in user agent decision table.
