Mickey's Toontown Fair permanently closed on February 12, 2011 to make way for Storybook Circus. This video takes you on an in-depth tour of Mickey Mouse's House, through the living room, bedroom kitchen, rec room, and outside. Went in 1991 when I was 9, remember Mickey's house well but no memory of toon town or Minnie's house. Just went back for 4th of July, watched fireworks from the contemporary hotel. Fun
I loved Mickey's Toontown Fair. I have many beautiful memories of walking through Mickey's house as well as Minnie's house and Donald's boat. For some reason, I seem to remember a room in Mickey's house where there was a washing machine and replica of the magic mirror from Snow White with Mickey's face in it but maybe I'm thinking of Mickey's house in Disneyland. Don't get me wrong, I love New Fantasyland but there was something special about Mickey's Toontown fair and the original Toontown in Walt Disney World. Thanks for posting this video!😀
I went to Disneyland and met Mickey in 2019, 2 months before covid came. Very grateful that I was able to go when I could

I still remember going here specifically when I was 5, I’m 16 now :)!
In 1988 my 5 year old self thought I was in Heaven at this place. I still remember the visceral, surreal joy I felt.

I was just in Disney World. This attraction is gone. I got to do Splash mountain one last time. I made home today and already miss it. I will be going back in two weeks. I write and illustrate children’s books for a living so I go quite often.
Ugh, this was the BEST! I remember this being one of the only rides I wasn't scared to go on when I was five :P I really feel like the Toontown fair was for everyone, while the new expansion is mostly for seven year old girls :/

I remember going to Mickey's house after leaving the Pirates of the Carribean 20 years ago! (🤯) A very cool aesthetic. You felt like you were walking into a cartoon & it was cool to get a glimpse into the characters' personal lives. I wish they kept it around. The opening song to this video tho😂...Nice! 👍🏾
It's not fair for Disney world to shut down toontown fair forever
I know, I remember there being miles of empty land surrounding the park that was still owned by Disney. Why couldn't they build the new attractions there?

i remember i got lost in his house and i had to go find my dad at 5 years old cuz my mom was taken a pic of it and i was looking at the brooms and i walked out and she was following me the whole time and i remember sitting on mickeys porch and this lady saying are you lost
I remember that one time I climbed over the fence and the alarm went off and I started crying when I was little.
@Thoralmir= The houses will be relocated to another part of the Kingdom. Mickey will be making his temporary residence in Tomorrowland. Good thing he didn't move into the Haunted Mansion.
I wonder what they do with all of the old props and stuff. If i were in charge, i'd auction off the old ones to help pay for the construction and new props...
