I really hope Disney will make a hades doll and herc. Also yass we need a Jane, tarzan, kida and milo dolls. Disney really should adress the bot situation all the European collectors are outraged. We always get low numbers in the first place but now it was just impossible to get one during each release. Love your videos.
It is truly pathetic that they haven't cancelled any bot orders (which are very obvious, I'm sure) or added anything to the site to protect the future releases. I am so, so sorry these releases have all gone terribly because of their lack of action :(
Hades is SUCH a standout and distinct character! James Woods' performance REALLY made the movie stand out and the character design was soooo good too! This doll PERFECTLY captures the character (but a little more villain-y than silly which I'm okay with :P )
HEY! SO: 1.The shoulder piece is the Fates' eye- NOT the cyclops 2. I'm still not clear if the belt piece is the titans or not-- if yes, why no cyclops?... if no, what is the reference? It's not Cerberus either. I still think they're stylized "skulls" of the Titans but I honestly am not sure :(
Gosh, me too! I think it's at least a possiblity for Yzma because her body and face got entirely new molds but Hades only had a head mold which makes me nervous

I ABSOLUTELY think they should do the other princesses but, knowing Disney (and fake Disney fans), I don't think the releases would go as well if the only "headlining" character could be Ariel... Although they could do Anna and Elsa as well, they're strangely absent from the Designer lines

I definitely agree Megara and Hades are the best good looking dolls of the masquerade line 👌. They surprisingly look like a power couple 😆. Now I want the masquerade Meg, but she’s too expensive now 🙁. Might get her funko pop though. Honestly I was never into collecting the 12” LE Disney dolls line. They’re just not my cup of of tea. Buuut the VILLAIN masquerade line really caught my interest, especially Hades and Yzma 👏😈. Off topic, but have you read on the website webtoons the manga/comic “Lore Olympus”? The story is about all the Greek gods and Hades and Persephone are the main characters and honestly the story is SO GOOD!!! 😍💙💖
That camera is having a holo party haha!! I don't blame it though, that box design is gorgeous and Hades looks killer!! So happy that even with all that's going on, we doll collectors can still have our joy with all of these amazing releases of dolls across the board🖤

It just sucks because eBay is the only way for me to get him and the cheapest I saw Hades go for is $230 and that doesn't include shipping.😭🤢 Maybe Disney might release a basic doll of him like they did for Meg, Esmeralda and so on.

There's a new system this year :( Hades was a lower edition size so the scalpers had a field day unfortunately. I do hope we get a classic doll but I'm worried that, because the body was Mr. Incredibles' body, we won't get a Classic doll-- if that makes sense? Because they would DEFINITELY need to fix that for a playline doll

Because of people like them it ruins it for the collectors and people who want these dolls to review, play with or add to their collection. It makes me sick that Scalpers are probably the 50 precent or more that got these dolls for retail and are jacking the prices. This made it even more difficult for collectors to get the dolls they really wanted. Yeah that does... though I wonder how much it would cost them to make a new body mold for Hades? I mean sure I bet it will cost a bit but with all the money they made from this villain line I'm sure they can do it...unless they don't think it will be profitable. 🤷🏻♀️ Oh well...I have my fingers crossed for a new limited edition Rapunzel... she'd be my first Rapunzel...well 17inch if they make her.
Don't feel bad for cutting the rubber bands from the headpieces; it is actually the best thing you can do. Rubber bands tend to deteriorate over time. Not only do they turn yellow but they also can cause discoloration on the item they are holding if left on for several years. Also, if they are left on for over 10 years, the rubber bands become sticky and will leave a sticky gooey feeling on the part they are holding to.
First of all i feel INCREDIBLE that Disney Store even in pandemic year have doll version of him, just because Hades is my favorite Disney villain too and when i hear the news that they will make him and Yzma as part of Midnight Masquerade i pretty screaming. Secondly my favorite from this collection was Hades as number one, Yzma as number two and Evil Queen as number three.
This was one of the best years for LE's that we've had in a LONG time. I can't say until I get the last two, but I think this set is stronger than even Premiere! I LOVE these dolls-- and the two rare characters?? Amazing!
I think people are over reacting when it comes to Hades' boots, like have we ever even seen Hades' legs in the movie at all? lower half of his body is pretty much just smoke :/ so I don't think it's worth bashing the designers for not giving him proper boots or new molded legs.
It's not a big deal but it is weird and lazy. I do always find it funny that people who never let the doll see daylight and leave them in the box are the ones that are the most outspoken about stuff like that... I don't mind not having shoes because he probably wouldn't (if he even has legs) but the leg mold is just... an odd choice

Did you train your cat so he/she is not around the dolls when you are not at home or how you do it? I want a cat but I am a little afraid because of my dolls
I've never had a cat that messed with them so I haven't worried about it. The most they'll do it sit on dolls that are laying down on a bottom shelf or the floor. Dogs love to chew things but cats usually won't do it. It's just about knowing your pets
I got a doll at the Disney store and didn’t notice that the cover was really dented bc the lighting was pretty dim and I didn’t catch it until I got home 🙃 I almost cried.
Yeah, Disney Store lighting is always dim, and yellowish. I swear they do that so you don't notice small imperfections until you get home. Same thing Happened with my Jafar years ago. It bugged me so much I just ended up taking him out of the box.
D: NOOO!! I'm so sorry! Several dolls I've gotten at the stores have dents too-- it's so disappointing as those dolls should be the BEST ones because they didn't get thrown around by UPS (or if they did, they went by freight which I would expect to be better)

I AGREE about the flames-- I took them off and he's much better. It's a nice piece but it's a little cumbersome
