Thanks for posting. This video was comprehensive enough that I just ordered one for my G26 . Take heart, the world is not getting worse and worse every day. We simply have more immediate sources, and more of them, to hear about every single cause complaint, bullet fired or harsh word spoken.
i got the kydex holster for my g26. if you use the belt clip(which its made for, duh) itll scratch along the top of your gun. i got some soft, thin material and glued it to the inside of the holster over the little rivet caps. kept it from scratching anymore...great other than that. pretty aggressive for the 26 though, unholstering wise. its a super snug fit.
+Jeremiah Bray good question. I think they have different bodies for different frames. I'm not sure about gen 2s...there's always the Dremel if you're brave
Jeremiah Bray it works for the gen 2 19 I'm assuming. If you look up the streamlight tlr-6 on Amazon and go to pictures posted by customers, there's one of a gen 2 23 with this mount. I would assume that it would work for the 19 since the only difference in the 23 is the caliber and some minor internal differences.
+Sicilan Mike I'll admit that after a little while with no holster out at the time, I or my wife haven't carried it with the light. I recently found a few good options, one from black Arch holsters is probably the route we'll go.
I don't know the dimensions of a P80 lower. If it's exactly the same on the front of the trigger guard, then yes. But also, I imagine you could modify the P80 lower to match the contour with some skill. The TLR6 is molded to exactly fit the G26/27 lower.
Thanks for watching! I believe it's the Pearce Grips Glock 27 +2 extension. I think they also make one that doesn't do any additional rounds but just gives room for your little finger. I also use HYVE extensions now, too. But the Pearce one has been solid and looks factory.
What would be an upgrade to this light on a Glock 27. 100 lumens seems so terrible for the price. For $90, you can get Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie taht has 600 lumens and 100 meter throw but it won't fit on the gen 3's unfortunately.
I'd go with an Olight. Streamlights definitely seem to have lower lumens at the price points they offer. Great quality, though. I have a bunch of Olights and love them.
Hey Leann, I'd assume the Gen 3 as well as the Gen 4 as the only changes, that I'm aware of, are the grip textures, interchangeable grip panels and recoil spring assembly - the frame itself is basically the same. A quick search on the Glock website seems to show different widths of the slide at least, so I can't say. My guess is no, or maybe, but I don't have a G30 to compare.
Is it the right one for the G26/27? Stream light had several versions of enclosures for different platforms if I remember correctly. Mine is a Gen 4 27. Still use it to this day.

I don't think so. From what I understand is that the P80 trigger guard is different, at least on the larger frames, and won't fit normally. I'll bet a little dremel work on it would do the trick, but that might be more trouble than it's worth for this light...and unsightly.

Hey, sorry for the late response. That's a really interesting question. I just compared the trigger guard profile on my gen 4 27 and gen 3 23 and they're identical apparently. Gen 1 and 2 don't have the glock rail, so it might! No guarantees here, though. This is Streamlight's fact sheet for Glocks. I don't think they're marketing it for the older pistols, but it would surprise me if it did if the trigger guard profile is the same. I would think that the frame in the front has a different profile, so it might not be a perfect fit. Let me know if you try it out, I'd be interested to see if it did or not. It depends on how close the replica mold is to a real Glock. With enough effort and a dremel anything might fit. :-)

I'm going to bet you'll need a new holster, unless your current holster has spare room between the trigger guard and bottom of the frame.

Yes. One (either) or both on. You can turn it on 24 hours a day.

That I don't know. I don't think the polymer 80 has the same shape/dimensions, but that being said I think there were a couple of TLR-6 models.

Dennis Chang Pierce pinky extension. Doesn't add any round, but you can get a +2 for the 27 and +3 for the 26.
