During Hungersite 1:17:50 Tweekz is all over it, showcasing the most gorgeous melodic bass I've heard since Oteil Burbridge blew my mind with Aquarium Rescue Unit back in the day! Then, Peter goes to the Clavinet 1:19:09 and the crowd is loving it! Nice slow and dirty blues jam ensues, with Slick building up to a powerful solo 1:22:58 machine gunning his way back home. Also, really diggin the Arcadia here. Both tight and loose, somehow. To put it simply, this show is special 🫠

New to Goose! Love them. When I first heard Hungersite on the radio, the Solo blew me away! I heard some Jerry in there. 70 year old Deadhead, and always love to hear new jam bands.
I absolutely love how Goose has become a top tier band on the circuit during the whole world being shut down. Just a few years ago they were playing small bars in buffalo and now they are selling out double headers at The Filmore! Congrats, boys. I wish I could have been there for one of these nights... I was in town that weekend visiting family but sadly could not attend due to the whole passport situation.
On Friday night show I literally tried getting from the middle of the floor to the side to go get a drink and gave up after only making it like 10! feet and not wanting to be a dick and push my way through
Came here after the rig rundown. Very interesting and impressed,for an old fart who thought all the best music was created prior to 1985. The boy knows his scales. Reminds me a lot of Steve Hillage at times, which is a good thing.
My first 2 Goose shows in Philly last weekend and holy smokes were they awesome! Fully hooked. Been absolutely dying to give them shows another listen/watch all week long, especially that down n dirty 3/12. cant wait!!!

I really dig these phishy tasting meat and potatoes. I imagine the straight forward style of these chaps is gonna hit a sweet note with the younger generation, attention spans and all. It's exciting! Goose just slaps. So nice to see the appreciation of those who came before them in their music, talent, and dedication paying off for a group of dudes and an audience who so justifiably deserves it.
WOW simply amazing. Here in Europe jam bands are not so knowed. Il grew up with progressive rock.. But it sounds quite old in these days. You are a very good alternative to my personal music experience. Only the first tune of this show it is well worth the tiket to see you.. 😊
Very good technicians. Not sure about the aesthetics yet (what is yung Groucho wearing?), they showed some funk in Arcadia but resisted taking it to dark, weird, badass places, a bit major key predictable for me. They were trying hard not to slip into a "Free" jam the whole time. So much potential and energy, can't wait to see them, but please don't be afraid of minor keys and the dark side of your souls.
