    The playing is astoundingly great and shows off the instrument’s great potential. Thanks.

    I just have to say, I love the K2700. I use Nuendo as my main DAW with the K2700 as a main controller. Just as a controller, it shines. The controllers are in right place, the buttons are nice and big and the keyboard action is fantastic. But it’s also a phenomenal synth with insanely deep sound design capabilities. It has parameter values that make sense; Frequency in Hz, amplitude in db, Pitch in steps and cents, etc. but what really is remarkable is that I can absolutely slam the engine with note and control data from the Daw and my hardware sequencers and it’s super tight. Flawless really. It’s like having Kontakt & Serum built into an actual playable instrument with zero latency. Unmatched.

    I bought K2700 but why factory presets on my K2700 don't sound like the ones that are demoed in the video? For example, the Velvet Grand starting at 4:22 is so nice and crisp in the video but on my K2700 it's very muddy? I really haven't changed anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I see the drum pads, I've not seen a single video, anywhere online, that highlights the drum pads or the k2700's ability to easily create beats like a drum machine. Does such a video exist?

      Well, that's kind of something that not just a professional keyboard can do but many cheaper arrangers. I think at the K2700s price point, you're appealing to more studio musicians than only performers.

    I think they missed the mark by not releasing a 73 Keys either weighted or Semi-weighted more compact version of this keyboard 😞

    I like Kurzweil because they don't sound artificially digital. Not a knock on other workstation manufacturers.
    But the K series keyboards just have a warmth to their sound.

    Can this keyboard be reverted so I can play right hand part of a melody with left hand and vice-versa? Also, does it allow setting notes to keys, so I can make a mirrored keyboard at D4, for example, to play the same pattern with the same fingers over the same notes in right and left parts of keyboard?

    I want to buy it, but want to know first if it is possible to fully use it also as a DAW controller (Logic), using all the sliders and knobs as a midi controller. Is it easily possible? I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

    • @TylerInTraining
      @TylerInTraining ปีที่แล้ว

      I know this comment’s old but If it does MIDI over USB then I can’t see why it wouldn’t integrate with a DAW from that alone. At the very least you should be able to with a MIDI interface but I think that would be overkill. As far as mapping MIDI to your different board functions that surely must be possible but I’m not sure of the process. I’m also not familiar with Logic myself, more of an Ableton guy. Need to do more research on that.
