They cut out an awful lot here. He goes on to complain bitterly about how his father's car is now smashed and he gets too caught up in staring down the tragedy and this crashed him into the wall. I think the sequence of events is he screams when he first sees it wipeout, then he goes into the rant, and finally into the wall.
