Thanks so much for this Mike, please do more of these quizzes, Hopefully, my score will increase from 12% (It's a starting point of my knowledge of Maya) Thanks again
I liked this, even though it brought back my feelings of test taking anxiety! haha The three questions I missed (#s 4, 13, 14) involved functions in Maya that I don't currently use, or haven't used since I was working on my degree (animation, bifrost and weight painting). I totally guessed on #s 8 and 20, but at least I guessed correctly. But, I think it's still good to know stuff like that, even if it's not part of your regular Maya routine.
Since the introduction of the Bifrost Graph, it can be used for a lot more than fluid sims. Instancing is one of those things, so for question 8 both Xgen and Bifrost are correct in my opinion.
I got 19/20, I had no idea what light linking in maya would do gave it my best guess lol. This was supper amazing ngl, I have been using maya for 2 and a half years and was not sure what I knew but this was supper nice video!
Yeah I enjoyed this very much. My score is 18 even though I am no longer using Maya. I got the Bifrost and Light linking answers wrong. Still pretty happy though :) Always enjoying your videos and would love to see more quizes in the future. Much love!
i missed #3 and #13 i didnt know. I never touch in bifrost. I´ve been studyng 3dmax, i'm amazed how much Maya is easier/simpler than 3dmax. Max doesnt have those flying mouse tabs, when I have to look for a command, i have to do it in a giant alphabetical list, I want to punch the monitor kkk. UV mapping is boring, but at least in Maya it is more automated. Max mapping only works with coffee, a lot of coffee. The unfolding button should be "shatter" or "spoil". I vented, feeling better now ... kkk.
My score is 14/20
Thanks, Mike sir for conducting such an exam. It really helps us. Request you to please do this more often.

You still did ok
I think bifrost counts as an answer for question 6. I've seen people use bifrost graph for instancing and it's very performant for that.
