Its so awesome to see Tant R and Ichidant R together in one game. There some mini games like crush the can and bake the cookies is missing, i like the Bonanza Bros. more but this pretty fun too. Sometimes it get pretty annoying.

I think the player characters here are supposed to be the American version of the Bonanza Bros, made into their own characters. Robo and Mobo, as characters in the Japanese story, were written to be chivalrous thieves, stealing from actual villains who were hired to test the security of a mystery man's business. In the American story, however, the brothers were re-written to play the role of investigators, with the treasure being used as evidence they must retrieve. They were also renamed to Mike and Spike, respectively. Given the appearance of the player characters here in Tant-R resemble a typical Sherlock and Watson duo, they line up pretty well for characters of the American take on the Bonanza Bros. And the cameo you mention confirms the 2 pairs are separate from each other. (you can see Mike sitting next to Robo and Mobo at a bar)
No, HTML5 player is something that you needed to switch to on TH-cam before to view videos at 60fps, but these days, it's used by default. That said, it is possible to play PS2 games on your PC with the emulator PCSX2.

Ichini no Tant-R is mixture of Tant-R and Ichidant-R. Tant-R was released in Japan and Korea, while Ichidant-R was released worldwide.
