These programs are really impressive. You can really tell that by the fact that multiple inmates have said they want to come back to contribute & give & some actually have. It was amazing to hear these inmates name their victim & their family even just by first name & hear their desire to want to do better for them. With the exception to the girls who've never been to real prison so they can't appreciate the difference. Programs like this are important but should be earned but I do think they're very important & beneficial.

I love this and this is what needs to happen for most prisons. Sure there will be people who just wont or cant change and need prison but obviously we would want people who are released to be reformed. Its clear the programs and staff are doing a good job at that. Also a lot of these people seem to have done their crime when they were minors so they've had time to grow as a mature adult. It was nice to hear how so many of them talked about their crime and were able to take that accountability and try to better themselves for that victim so their death wasnt for nothing.

it sucks because they also cant get in their car and drive off and go get a good meal. Cant go visit your family and go home. stuck! those amenities are well-deserved, specially when you want to do better.
Should have thought about that before committing crimes that involve other victims etc... it doesnt matter how they are now, its like a bad dog, it cant be changed...
Where I come from in south Texas in San Antonio Texas we call that a prison camp 😂ladies 😂
