    This seems criminal to me to add an additional "tax" onto a home loan to punish people who have done all of the right things. Seriously, how is this legal?

    • @Hunty49

    • @Thecodeist

      It’s legal because clown Americans just sit around asking how is this legal and doing absolutely nothing about it hoping someone else will solve your problems. That’s all it takes for them to assert control while you sit around asking useless questions when they take action cause they know Americans are too docile to do anything about it

    As an elder millennial, one of the few advantages is having lived through the Great Recession. My advice. Reduce unnecessary expenses, increase your savings by investing in financial markets and do not sell. One thing I know for sure is that diversifying your income can help insulate you from much of the craziness going on in the world.

      I would say founding this nation on the backs of slavery is wrong. What the law should say is that white home owners must pay for POC to enable them to buy a home. African American home ownership is at 44% and we need to do everything we can to get this increased. Instead of future loans, we should also implement this on current loans so that POC can get an interest rate of 2% fixed. I'm okay with white people getting 7-10% interest rates

      The hardworking individuals TOOK $ they didn't have in the form of a loan

    • @Seanpfree
      @Seanpfree ปีที่แล้ว

      Banks just don't loan to them so they never assume the risk. Biden is making homeowners with large loans assume the risk which is wrong. We already have to pay for 2008.
      Cab drivers don't own homes, the business owner maybe.. First time homebuyers are quickly becoming a thing of the past as the middle class VANISHES. When you adjust for inflation cost of living people don't make enough to "work hard and struggle through it" like the gentleman said. This isn't the 1950's and 60's where 1 person working can support a mortgage, car note, student loan, family of 4. That used to only take up 60% of average monthly income. Now it's 150% fully accounting for inflation. People aren't getting married, having kids, owning a home at record numbers by choice, it's impossible now unless your household income is in the top 25% of Americans.
