This A Master Piece. I Loved it. But I have one more Question, If you were able to do the Speed Glitch With Sonic & Shadow, Are you able to the Speed Glitch With Amy as well ?
So here's one thing about this glitch, is true that you can get it with Sonic and Shadow but you can also get it in normal maps with them, what you have to do is when you take an speed up boost you have to wait till almost for the music to finish (it has an specific time frame not that specific but i has to be timed) you have to do it almost when the music is about to end but you have to finish the full charge of the spindash almost with sound's over.
So you cannot do it right staring the boost because if you complete the charge for the lightspeed ability with the full song you will become slower but, if you do it almost with the sound's ends you can become faster just like that and this also applies for Sonic Adventure DX, exactly the same process. Not after the music stops, not right the music starts but when is almost finish.
And again, the glitch is not going to work if the music stops and you haven't finish to charge the light speed attack, you have to charge it and hold it till music stops, for other characters like Amy, knuckles ect, you have to use doble boost to go full speed.

Interesting find, but i feel like nobody knows about the single player version of this glitch. Just charge up a Light speed Attack after picking up a thing of speed shoes to break the speed cap, and just like here its stackable (though generally not necessary)
A similar glitch exists in Sonic Adventure 1. The only way I know it can be done is with Knuckles. Basically if you dig around in diggable areas whether that be the hub worlds or actual action stages or even the chao gardens you can some times dig up speed shoe power ups. Basically dig up at least 2 of them (its very RNG so it may take a while to get 2) and then pick them up both up. Or at least pick one up wait a little before the music ends then pick the second one up. If this is done correctly Knuckles will permanently run far faster until you exit the stage/hub world/chao garden you are in.
So listen up, with Sonic, the music of the speed up last 14 seconds and i suggest you uf you wanna do the trick listen to the actual music, so as i say the speed up music last 14 seconds at least what you have to do is, right on the second 8 of the music, on that specific part of the music you have to star to charge the light speed attack move or the spin dash whatever you call it, you have to fully charged and you have to wait for the music to stop before you release it, so once the music stops you can release it and you will become faster. You can spaming as many times as you want because eventually you will become faster, and one more thing is if you star to hold the spin dash right when the music star and you wait for the music to end and then you release it you will become slower instead of faster so be careful. And i found this glich on Speedhighway and is also a great map to test it.
Is possible with any character you just have to pick to speed boost but there is actually a way to do it with Sonic and Shadow on normal maps in the adventure mode. If you wanna know let me know

Yep, stacking it is the only way to get Amy to max speed, just one stack will be enough to get her to regular sonic/shadow levels of speed

This is actually possible with Metal Sonic. You just need to pick up 2 speed boost power ups in quick succession
