Looking at this guy from 2021, I have been dealing with insane anxiety my whole life. And seeing you guys nowadays, you look SO strong and stable and confident and amazing. Makes my heart warm that y’all had to work through things too, because maybe I can be amazing like you guys one day! Thanks for being vulnerable!
All the Tracker fans are getting this video now 12/2021. Interesting to see why we never see Jenn driving. I actually have wondered about this a lot! Anxiety is real. Thank you for sharing and being open about how it affects you.
Hey Trackers, I just came across this video (it’s 2021 now) and I’m glad I did because It explained why Jenn doesn’t drive. I have been driving since I was 15 so I cannot relate to this particular type of anxiety. I do, however, suffer from social anxiety so crowds make me very nervous. Can you imagine having this kind of anxiety yet loving the Disney parks? I’ve had my fair share of little anxiety attacks at the parks simply because of the crowds. I feel you. Sometimes it’s just a “thing.” Thanks you for being so open and honest about it all.
This was on my timeline in 2021 for some reason lol- I love Jenn talking about literally having a panic attack saying “I just get like weird idk” 😂 Everyone with anxiety feels you. Hope you’re taking care of yourself! ❤️
This came up on my timeline today too. I did know that Jenn has this anxiety around driving but I’ve never seen her explain how it makes her feel. Idk it makes sense to me. I really appreciate her honesty. I didn’t get my license until a few years ago, and with covid I haven’t driven in over a year.
Watching in 2021 And I have to say thank you for this, with someone who deals with this, it's so amazing to see you both so strong nowadays! Much love to you, Tim and the lil buddy
This came up on my main page, it's December 2021. I don't think I ever watched this far back in your videos before, but I know I have heard Jen addressing her anxiety in more recent videos. Just wanted to say thank you for always keeping it real. I find driving fills me with anxiety, more having to trust 1000's of people around me to drive sensibly not just myself xx
Hey 👋 Tim, and Jen just seen this video in my recommended. I can totally relate to Jens anxiety 😟 and, driving. I have that issue but, mines only at night. I use to be ok when I first got my license back in high school but, after a car accident in 2008 I now get really bad anxiety driving. Thanks for sharing this video, and I never knew that bugs could live a small peanuts. Thanks 😊 for sharing this video.
That is such a crazy point about watching a scary movie to take the mind off of stress and anxiety. It's so true! And the older I get, the more scary movies I watch because you know... adulting is dang stressful.
Oh my going through recommendations videos and this popped up! Tim looking like he could work at Melting Pot with that beard lol! This is a nice blast from the past.
You literally have been helping so many people with your videos. I watch your videos to feel comfortable and happy. Your and Jen are awesome!!!! Thank you!
I thought I’d seen all the tracker videos but this is a “new” one for me. And I don’t remember anything about the beans or that house. Guess I need to go back to the beginning and watch again!
Hello from 2021 Anxiety is no joke ( not that you act like or say it is) so i am sad you deal with it but thankful y'all are dealing with it together. Hang in there Trackers you got this
Love watching the throw back vids..... You show how real and normal you are. your special but just like normal folks with normal things.... Oh and loved how sad you felt for the warm!!.
I love how supportive everyone has been in the comments from this video. I wish everyone was like this with everyone. What a wonderful world we would live in. Everyone loves you Jenn!!
I suffered from the same exact thing...you want to jump out of the car and start running...its called panic attacks..I had them for a long time...I had to see a therapist...I found a physcologist who was also a hypnotist....that is what started helping me...you are not alone.
I don't know why this popped up on my feed today but I believe there is a reason. I too have horrible impending doom when I drive sometimes. Watching this makes me feel not so alone on the issue. Thank you for that. I doubt you will read this comment but I hope your anxiety has subsided. Take care.
Jenn- I also have anxiety about driving (I just recently started driving again and still haven't felt strong enough to get on freeways) so you are definitely not alone. I know you mentioned looking for natural ways to combat/ manage it. A few things I've learned and utilized over the years which has helped tremendously: meditation/ deep breathing exercises (comes in handy when you are already in the middle of a panic attack or breakdown, sometimes it's not easy to recognize when/ why ...
Orlando is a major tourist city and drivers from all over the world is drive through that city so my first time there I was a little nervous too but my second day there I was ok, my friend on the other hand, he wasn't to comfortable driving in your city so I ended up doing all the driving which I enjoyed, beautiful city.
Jen, you're not silly at all, people get anxiety attacks over all kinds of different things. I get them in crowded areas or in stores when people walk too close behind me. I start hyperventilating, sweating and twitching anxiously, I feel like there's a heavy weight on my chest. Just seeing a store being busy and knowing I have to go in there, it just starts it off early. It sucks so, I definitely don't think you're silly.
Jenn, I completely understand what you're going through when you drive. I go through something similar when I drive, too, but I usually do ok with driving as long as my mom is with me (if I'm in a relatively familiar place) and I don't have to drive on the interstate in the middle of downtown Atlanta with people trying to cut me off in traffic and such (I tend to do better in gridlocked traffic, since I can kind of ease into the next lane if I need to). Taking catnip (or Benadryl, but it makes me very drowsy) has been a great help to me with my anxiety. I take the liquid kind made by Nature's Sunshine and I mix it with water, and it really seems to help. Try seeing if you can get some catnip (probably in liquid form, since it works faster); it may help you like it does me. :)
Het Tim and Jen, I feel really sorry for that jumping worm, I was the one who asked you about it. I did some research and the worm will now grow a cocoon and turn into a silver moth, but sadly they only live for a few days. Jen I understand you worry with driving I drove for the first time in America in August and it was real scary, you will be fine your a star.
Jenn, I've suffered from severe anxiety for about 12 years now (I'm only 18) and it sucks ass, but trust me, from experience, it can be dealt with. One of the best things you can do is face your fears. It may take awhile, but you know just get in the car and drive a block by yourself and keep going further each time. Maybe do that just once a week. It's scary, but I promise it'll work. Also maybe get into therapy to talk about it. They'll have a lot of good ideas too. Stay strong!
:( Dont cry Jenn!! Geesh, I got all teary eyed. Wish I could hug you. I have panic attacks at really busy stores or bars, or even at a party at a friends house. But I know where mine stem from..I need open space to breathe and try to get myself together. Youre not alone. Its not silly.
So this video is old but since I deal with anxiety and such, especially while driving, I figured id comment. My anxiety with driving is really bad too. I will only go places that are not on highways and I do better with someone navigating for me. I sometimes feel silly but its only because I don't always feel normal because of it... but honestly, there are people like us out there and its good to see im not alone in that.i also know that not everyone struggles with the same things but everyone has some issues. :)
I know how you feel. I don't like being at the red light. Especially between cars or in a lane that I can't get out of. It's that claustrophobic thing. Just breathe and try to stay calm :)
My brother also has anxiety. He gets anxious when we are driving if he gets stuck in traffic. Something about not being in control of where he can or can't go and just being stuck with all the other people around him.
Continued: they're triggered.) also, I'd suggest natural vitamins and supplements. Look into the following- St. John's wort, melatonin (naturally produced in body but if lacking can cause anxiety), 5- HTP (helps with seratonin levels, also naturally produced in body) there are no side effects like psych meds. Much better alternative. Hugs to you, thank you for sharing and being open with us!
Jenn, I didn't know that you had anxiety issues. I tweeted to you a few days ago, I have the same problem driving and due to that I lost my job and had to move in with my parents. Yea, I am that guy! But there is a positive to having anxiety, you will always be ok in a zombie outbreak . Fright or flight!! Yea! It was sad to see you cry. It is a condition that many people unless they have it don't understand. :(
Hey Jen, were you ever in an accident? Because if not, the same thing happens to me. I always feel like I am doing something wrong, or will get a ticket even though I am a good driver.
I'm sorry Jenn, It is not silly at all! I feel your pain :( I have major driving anxiety, too, and I have to drive 45 minutes every morning and then every evening for work and it is close to torturous.I also am borderline agoraphobic so I have anxiety just leaving the house. It stinks.
Wow I meant to say jenn, I get anxiety when in small spaces. I had a panic attack in Nashville because I was too close to the people next to me. It's okay to feel that way
I have never owned a Mac (always been PC), but if Windows operating systems continue to be anything like Windows 8, I might hop over if I ever need to buy another pre-built system. I like the easy user-interface that my iPhone has and I heard Macs are pretty user friendly too... But I don't get why Apple have make such a big production for their new products either.
I’m guessing all these comments are why people are suddenly watching this. I had wondered why Jenn never drove. I hope that you are okay Jenn, I know you do al the editing but we just don’t see enough of you xxxx
I hope your anxiety gets better Jenn, its not silly at all. If you want more of a funny scary film, cabin in the woods or my bloody valentine. Not necessarily scary but creepy, sucker punch. Gorey films, SAW (1-7) or silent hill 2. And lastly just plain scary films, dead silent or house on a haunted hill 2 (or anything set in a mental institution that tortures inmates - 1920's +) Hope that gives you some ideas :D
Hey, I know this is old but I wanted to say I hope you are doing ok with cars & anxiety. I have generalized anxiety a lot of times, so I know what you mean about wanting to cry, it's not fun. Anyway hope it's going better!
Jen, your feelings are not silly! Take it slow and don't do anything that makes you squimish:-) Just buy Tim a chauffeur cap and sit back and enjoy the ride...lol
Jenn, I know this is an older video, but I just saw it for the 1st time. I hope your driving anxiety is better now. I wholeheartedly understand and know how hard it can be. I can only drive BIG SUVs. I have to have the size around me. I can't drive a car to save my life. Great that you are so understanding, Tim. Well done.
Jenn, may I recommend a worry stone or something of that nature? You place all of your nervous/anxious energy into the item of your choosing and it should allow you to process what going on around you. Glue/tape it to the steering wheel so you can worry it there,
hey tim and jen my twin sister and i LOVE watching your videos can you guy do a BirthDay Shout out on nov 2 her name Lynn G she is turning 19 yr old thanks she will love so much.

Anxiety is real, but some people think it's not, and you are silly or being a cry baby! If they had it then they might understand.😢

Cabin in the Woods. Or, Nightmare on Elm Street is a classic horror that I always love.

I'm the same way sometimes, mainly when I'm driving somewhere I've never been or haven't been to in a while.
Jen that is a Panic Attack.

Anyone else getting this recommendation in 2021?
I am like that when I drive on the highway. I used to have no issues at all then one day it hit me.
Jenn, I didn't know that you had anxiety issues. I tweeted to you a few days ago, I have the same problem driving and due to that I lost my job and had to move in with my parents. Yea, I am that guy! I'm so sorry Jenn, that's not silly. I hope it gets easier for you!
I was gluten free for about 8 months. It was super hard and not fun. I don't know that I would ever do that again.
Hey Jen, were you ever in an accident?
Because if not, the same thing happens to me. I always feel like I am doing something wrong, or will get a ticket even though I am a good driver.
