I was 3 at the time of this video's release. I watched it when I was 4 and me and my older brother were in a lego phase which he got out of, but these very videos got me interested in war and world war 2. This video might be the very reason why I might be a fighter pilot in 2-3 years.
Holy crap, I just found this video again after watching Band of Brothers, and I feel so nostalgic, this was one of my first TH-cam videos back in 2008, just can't believe how it felt to watch again. Great work my guy, thanks for being part of my childhood. :)
@@raptor5120 Lol I remember when I was a kid this was one of the first videos I watched of yours so I decided to come back for nostalgia sake. Well that would definitely be cool to see a remake of this either way it's good to see this again especially for nostalgia.
I remember way back when a friend of mine found this and wanted to show it to me. It sparked his interest in history and his enthusiasm helped spark mine, now I'm on my way to university to study that very subject. Damn this video takes me back.
God, I remember watching this years ago, its still so good to watch. It's like weirdly epic and I enjoy these things randomly on TH-cam. I just got done replaying a mission from CoD WWII and I just needed to see this again
Interesting how a few minutes ago I was on your latest animation giving you animation advice. And then I went into your channel, found this 7 years old animation, and realized it was among one of those animations that inspired me to get started on blender a year ago.
When i was child , like 7 . I watch this and very enjoyed this video , and then i always asking to myself "omg , how this guy make a amazing videos ." Keep up ur work bro .
Powerful film. It hits home. My grandfather saw the bloody horrors of Normandy beach that day, fighting as a small, plastic, snap-in toy with minimalists facial features with the 101st Airborne. He was so shiny and plastic with his tiny clamps-for-hands. Sorry for getting choked up, they just don't make them like that anymore..except for in Denmark.
I played this on "Medal of Honor allied assault" I mastered that mission. On first, its hard on the field and the mines but wow your animation is good.
When I heard:"30 seconds!" I remember the good times when I usually spent them in this game and I smiled a little bit :D It was a good game that time...
I was on my moms iPad in 2012 (I was six years old) and at the time and still to this day I was into lego so I looked up lego day and this was one out of the Many that showed up I don't regret it.
My great grandfather was there at Omaha beach on June 6th 1944 6:35 a.m. one of the most terrible days in Europe especially for the Germans in there perspective.
good work :D this is actually very accurate of what happened actually and in the game however the germans had tanks along with artillery, they only added artillery from what i can remember but very good!
I also remember how I played that MOH:AA mission when I was eight. It was really hellish. Also, the mission where you had to steal German tank was the most difficult imho.
It's so nostalgic to watch this again... How many of you seen this in 2008? :)
