I bullied my male doctor into giving me HRT at Xmas after a friend recommended me to go onto your website. 4 months in and I’m back driving on the motorway without having a panic attack. Thank you Louise, you’ve helped me get some normality back in my life!!! 🙏🏻

I am so grateful to doctors like you who are bringing this knowledge to the public. It's shocking how little education is provided on this...I can't help thinking that if men suddenly lost all their testosterone when they turned 50, the medical community (and society in general) would have taken the topic seriously a long time ago! Thank you both again...

These two GP’s put most other GP’s to shame. I had a Gp who flatly refused me HRT several times. Even though I was super suffering. How many other women suffered at the hands of these doctors. All doctors should be forced to do a crash online course to bring them up to speed on this subject matter. That how serious I take the menopause. My EX GP prescribed a beta blocker for hot flushes. It did nothing to improve menopause symptoms. Thankfully I am now on HRT but I still think it needs tweaking. And I do not feel like I am dying any longer.👍❤️👍🇬🇧

Progesterone does far more than protect the lining of the womb! It is crucial for mental health, as well.

Doctors are so worried about risks yet not at all worried about the risk of living with NO QUALITY OF LIFE. It's so difficult to carry on when the impacts are so devastating on life. I told my endocrinologist the other day that "what I have right now is WORSE than cancer, because it is almost killing me every single month when, I am at my worst." Treat what I am coming to you for please. Your information is the best and has definitely helped me advocate for myself and feel knowledgeable in what I am saying.. ❤️❤️

Thank you so much for this wonderful information. I live in the United States, and it’s very difficult to find doctors who know this information, even if they call themselves menopause specialists.

I’m 49 and have suffered awful peri-meno symptoms (ticking off most of the long list) along with very heavy periods for several years. Feeling like my life was over and like id aged 20 years in 5! No more joy is the perfect description of how I feel. I had no idea you could get HRT before the ‘official’ menopause starts when periods stop. That could have prevented me suffering all these symptoms for years. I wish you were my NHS drs! Have been back and forth reporting to my GP and even a Dr with menopause specialism at a local gynae clinic for past few years, but still have learned more from this one video and having watching Davina McCall’s Channel 4 documentary on menopause that I watched in May this year. Highly recommended viewing btw. Thanks so much to you both and Davina for bringing this into the light and helping so many women to understand and improve their health 🙏🏻🙏🏻

What would be really nice is, if I wasn’t just told everything was due to anxiety. I have so much medical gaslighting.

I am 59 and my doctor just rolls her eyes when I say my high anxiety is probably from hormones that’s the USA for you 🤮

I found myself crying half way through as I realise I haven’t had to suffer like I have for the past few years.😔

Thank you so much for all this information! I really didn't know much and was quite scared of going on HRT. My mum died at 66 of a heart attack and I have been worrying about that so the fact that it reduces the risk of heart disease is great. The main thing for me was when you talked about the health benefits because I had never thought about that and that we are living with a deficiency which is easily remedied. We think about the symptoms, not realising there is more to it than that. I have now spoken to my gp and am due to see her to start my treatment. I have also shared you video with my sisters and have spoken to my daughter. You're doing amazing, much needed, work.

Thank you so much for doing this video. I’m redoing my homework on HRT prior to seeing a gynae specialising in HRT & BrCa in a couple of days time. I feel a bit more prepared. I’m going with the hope of getting HRT but my anxiety is doing it’s best to focus on the previous negative advice I was given around HRT & breast cancer. I will just have to plough through this and hope that with HRT the anxiety fades into the background as it’s really come to the fore in menopause. As you mentioned in this video, I feel the joy has gone from my life and I look forward to getting it back.

3 years post TAH and every menopause symptom going. I’ve never complained about it though, just believed that I needed to get through it naturally without HRT because of the breast cancer risks. Well, I know what I need to do now and I will definitely be doing it. I look after my body in other ways, such as eating a healthy diet, exercising and keeping my mind stimulated and I wish that I’d had this information straight after my TAH. So glad this came up on my feed today, hopefully this will be a game changer for me. The brain fog, forgetting words, hot sweats, night sweats, will hopefully be a distant memory in a few weeks. Amazing work ladies and thank-your so much for sharing this information. I will be downloading the app too! 💕

Your both brilliant Thanks for given me the information I’ve been searching for for the last 2 years . You have made it so clear the way you explain things is extremely well thought out and I wish you both all the best . It’s a shame most women on the NHS have to fight for this treatment but with lady’s like you I’m sure things will improve 💜

Thank you!! I had no idea at all what is wrong with me. Massive anxiety and brain fog are my worst symptoms. I am hoping my GP will be helpful now that I have this info. I feel hopeful for the first time

Thank you for mentioning the anxiety and low moods. It’s so important that women realise this x
