We need a video on how it effect teeth too. My teeth started getting bad at 38. I was treated for predontal disease. I'm 41 now and been on hrt for a year. My teeth feel so much better ❤❤❤❤

You should look up the Dentist , Dr Ellie Phillips. She speaks about the changes to women’s oral health in pregnancy and menopause and how to care for your teeth . Excellent information

Your videos make me feel less crazy ! Thank you! The things are bodies go thru and feel are often times hard to describe to others. And they can just make us feel worried also. Never felt some of these things before.

Im having a really bad time right now with menopause symptoms. The joint and muscles pain, trigger fingers and sudden bilateral tendinitis have taken a toll on my mental health.

Hi Dr. Louise, i started to have terribly poor sleep a couple of years ago andI am on HRT now. I live in NZ and Japan. In NZ, the doctors asked me to take progesterone for a week each month, while the doctors in Japan prescribed the account of 2 weeks each month and even told me that I can take it every day if I wanted. I am a bit confused, so could you left me know which is correct please?
Also I found that I have much better sleep when I am on progesterone, and once I don't take it mu sleep gets very poor. Could you advise how should I deal with this. Thank you so much.

Can you please tell the name of the clinic in Japan if it’s in Tokyo, I found it very difficult to find doctors who are familiar with hrt

I’ve tried to get an answer to the following question for over a year now but to date no-one I have asked has provided an answer. If progesterone has benefits beyond helping the lining of the womb remain thin, why isn’t it given to women who have had hysterectomies? Can women who have had hysterectomies, benefit from taking progesterone along with oestrogen and testosterone?

@@funtimefranky yes we can, I had one at 37 for fibroids and know now that if I been put on progestrone it would have shrunk the fibroids and decreased my excessive estrogen...

I started taking oestregen last Oct, it helped with a lot of my symptoms. Nothing has really helped my dry skin that I've always suffered with (even good nutrition and supplements by a good Nutritionist). Hair loss and thinning are still a problem. Before HRT the GP said my thyroid was a little abnormal but 'nothing to worry about'! That's why I pushed for HRT to see if it would also help with my skin and hair. Don't think it has though. Also tried Levothyroxine before HRT didn't like the way that made me feel at all, then I got a rash that wouldn't go so I took myself off that. So hard getting the best for yourself.

Thank you for sharing all this important information. This one made me realize the importance of cardio exercise for skin health. I live in Canada and your posts educated me on HRT. I am now on HRT, looking forward to convince my Dr. to prescribe testosterone. I bought your book. In the weekends I am listening to your posts, there is always something new to learn from you. Please keep on sharing menopause information. I am greatful for your work. Thank you! ❤
