Leonard miller looks really active in summer league dude actually look like he could be in the rotation this year
Robs a young guy good lord give a guy a chance. People do get a chance to improve.
Who’s not giving him a chance?
Don't sweat on Rob! He looked gooooood last night. Immediate playmaker that will develop his scoring game quickly.
My take on Rob is, the wolves need him to play a role. He can score. Can he play like a bench -point. I think we saw alot of that here.
Many expected Rob to be Herro, Maxey, Monk, etc in that mold. A SG who can provide secondary playmaking and guards opposing teams smaller guards.
We know that players at Kentucky don’t always show their full self. I think Rob as a really good PG who plays stylistically pretty similar to Mike Conley.
Structural, smart passer and good decision maker. Can fluidly move on and off ball.
John Wall would be a perfect part time, experienced, vet min guy. Someone who also knows Rob Dillingham
No mention of your boy Hifi?!
Just in case you’re wondering/reading this, tyus is projected to make 14mil per year from hollinger which is in line with his last contract. He might not get that but he’s not an option for the wolves lol.
Rubio would be perfect if he wants to come back, i would buy season tickets instantly if that happens
Agree, everytime the Wolves ran Rubio off, they were soon looking for a PG that could set the offense up. LOL
to leonard miller's credit, didnt he shoot almost 40% from 3 in the G league last year? i think i heard .375, which is still pretty good. I do wish he was a little more dominant or active though when given his opportunities this summer league. it did seem like he was just coasting a little bit to my eyes. still rounded out a good summer league though. Minott needs to work on his ball security. I swear each and every time he puts it on the floor its swiped away for a turnover.
SL is a glorified scrimmage. But, it does expose some areas that they can work on ahead of training camp...especiall for the 2 rd 1 picks
The NBA tax apron has to be the worst deal EVER for the NBA players. All of the money paid in by teams goes back to team owners... not a dime to players.
Dillingham could easily put on 5 pounds between now and NBA regular season. And then another 10 pounds before next season.
Rob looks like a literal child out there 😂 but I’m still hyped to see what he’s got
Am I the only one that thinks Jaylen Clark’s offense looks a lot better than minot’s?
Dillingham has 2 months to put on 10 pounds of muscle, very possible.
Possible, but a terrible idea.
Not muscle as that will impact his game. Do that over a longer period of time.
As a NASM certified PT/PES, yes Dilly can put on that muscle, but his shiftiness can decline as well. His handles are his bread and butter but 2 months (hell, even 7 months) such a short gap to gain that much muscle and play at an elite level at the same time.
How was this the "recap" with games left to play? 🤷
Minnesota Timberwolves needs Tyus Jones, because Minnesota needs to win wright know. Dillingham is a long proyect
You might be right. He still needs time to develop and fill out his frame. It's either Tyus or coax Rubio out of retirement. A dark horse could be Markelle Fultz or Spencer Dinwiddie.
@@JayByrd83 is strange PJ Dozier play PG too
Wizards will sign Tyus to more than a vet minimum. NaGaHapN
Cause it came up again, there’s NO WAY the wolves get tyus. I’d bet my jersey on it.
Dillingham is better than Conley in the playoffs right now.
On regular joes playing pros:
I am a good basketball player for a normal person. I am about 5’11 so I don’t have a height advantage but I played 5 years of AAU and I made a college team for football (never touched the field lol). So compared to your average Joe I can play great in pick up.
Now, I was a senior when I played against a freshman Jordan Poole. He must’ve dropped 30 on me and it looked pretty effortless. He could’ve dropped 100 on me if this was 1v1
Luka Garza is a great player but his defense his his problem
Needs playing time should've been:
TSJ
Leonard Miller
Nix
Minnot
Dilli
U smoking
Shannon is better than NAW, no doubt.
NAW is a better defender but Shannon is a more potent scroing threat
This jones or they can add nadir hifi
Towns must be traded
Diddlerham better learn how to shoot cuz bro aint ever gonna get to the paint and bro dont play defense.
Grow up dude. You're embarrassing your entire clan.
Curry shot 32% from the field in summer league, I guess he can't shoot, Trae Young shot 24% from the field in Summer league, I guess he can't shoot. Summer league means nothing, these kids have 4 months off after March Madness and have a week of practice to learn a new system and learn how to play with new teamates. My only worry with Rob is finishing at the rim, and that will come as he builds muscle and figures out how to draw contact to get to the line.
@@billhicks808 You see the irony in your comment? Why so sad and triggered at facts? Silly you. Can't defend the bust?
@@StillKeepOnLosing you didn't offer any facts bud. You just emoted, like a woman.
That's a horrible take
