I really like lance! He is a pro! He is a real gentleman. He is so supportive to the finalists. He always gives a helping hand. He assists zeph everytime. He cheers for the other finalists since day 1. He enjoys. Win or lose, I will support him all the way! ❤️❤️❤️

I don't think that the song choice is the problem, it's the arrangement. He already sang this with a different arrangement and did really great.

RJC.PH, Lance seems to have both the voice and the personality. Remember, this is Idol and not The Voice. I remember during one group performance, Zephanie was in the audience giggling hard. I’m not saying that it’s bad or what but I really liked what I observed about Lance. But the show as led by Vice (as if he was the sole or main judge) had already decided who was going to win.

Ok naman yang performance nya. Sa totoo lang nakakahanga sya kasi wala pang isang araw nila inareglo yang kanta, tinry nilang baguhin talaga. Samantalang ung kina zeph at lucas, kaunti bago lng pero ganun na ganun pa din ang melody. So congrats to Lance, you did great.

Pansin ko lang ha... lahat ng theme ng idol Philippines ay mga malulungkot, hugot, etc..
Hindi gaya ng ibang bansa na meron silang theme bawat lingo pa iba- iba ang genre...Doon kasi nakikita ang verstality ng mga singers... Hangang finals nalng ganon at ganon halos... Emotional songs...Pag ganito lagi, paano mabigyan ng opportunity ang ibang singers na magaling din sa ibang genres, para at least maka bawi sila pag genre na nila ang week na yan..
Perhaps they have their rationales in formatting idol phil this way.. just saying..

Yesterday, when I was watching it live, I thought it was the arrangement that was off. Watching it again here, more than the arrangement, it was the band who was really off. Lance was pushing it to a higher key, but the band didn’t follow. I think there were three instances in this performance that this happened. That’s why it sounded weird.

He's undeniably good. But in this particular performance medyo nawala siya sa timing, then sumablay siya nung nag-key change na then he's uncertain of the notes in the bridge part. Good thing na bumawi siya sa 2nd round.

It is not a wrong choice of song but more of a wrong arrangement. The arrangement he had last December during the STAGES Xmas presentation is way more better than this. It was the Lance we know. He should have use that arrangement but we know it is the production's choice. My support is still with him because I know what he is capable of. I believe in Lance and I believe in STAGES management.

This performance was all over the place. Flats all throughout and timing was a bit off. He is undeniably very talented. This song felt us wanting more. The judges were too kind with their comments but understandable because this is the finale. It's now really a toss between Zeph and Lucas.
True. I loved him yesterday but this song wasn't for him. He started a bit shaky and lost the beat. I thought he could cope up in the middle but even messed up til the end. He should have sticked to his soulful singing. 😭

Imo, they played with the arrangement "too much" to the point where it actually became confusing already and borderline pitchy. They could have been just a little more conservative just to keep the rendition easier to understand.

The journey of an idol shouldnt be changed to what they are confident singing. Unfortunately, lance journey changed not by him, but those 4 judges who seem to not know what lance beautiful voice is. He has the most unique and powerful voice. And they changed that. See lance's audition voice and throughout his journey. His first audition was immaculate, but when those judges want more out of him, he pushes himself to where he is not himself. I feel he could win the whole show with his own voice. Its just sad that lance did his very best and the judges took the best out of him from the start. But still what a journey, i really am proud of your atonement lance. You are my champion. :)
