I searched Amazon, and found kinesiology tape designed specifically for the face. People complained in the reviews section, of various brands of body tape that rips the skin, so make sure it's meant for the face.
This is very helpful. Can you share what the best tape to use is and where it can be purchased? I have seen kinesiology tape with different stretch and I wonder if that makes a difference? Thank you!
You can buy it on any site. Now they are sold everywhere. The tension for all applications is different.but initially all tapes have a factory tension of 10-15%❤🌷
Hi Aysel, I seem to be having better luck placing small pieces horizontally right between the eyebrows and slowly going up with bigger pieces, all horizontally. Or am I doing this wrong? Your method does not seem to be working for me. Thanks.
Such an application does not have clear time limits, since it is not lymphatic drainage and not gravitational. It can be done until the first therapeutic effect, i.e. until improvement occurs
Does this stretch the muscle? I'm having problems with clearly stiff eyebrow contraction muscles from a lot of frowning and crying recently. My skin is healthy and im only 30 years old, but the two lines between the eyebrows have gotten crazy visible in the last 6 months, and the eyebrow muscles are tight and sore.
@@dr.aysel-facemassage1539it doesn't stretch the muscle? So what does it do then? Will this method help get rid of deep frown lines or is it just temporary? What kind of effect does it have on the muscles? How long does it have to be done? A lifetime? Thanks in advance for your answer!
From what I read about it, it starts only having short temporary effects for most people, but eventually starts being longer lasting, removing wrinkles quite effectively. It does require repetition, maybe once most nights, but it seems to work really great :)
With fascial and lymphatic drainage applications, tension is not necessary. Sometimes with the gravity taping technique we create a slight stretch. The face must maintain facial expressions and tissue mobility
@@dr.aysel-facemassage1539Is it very wrong to first stretch the skin until the wrinkle is smoothed out and then to place the tape or is there a difference? Won't skin be stretched too much either way?
