I tried a mod called unleveler for Skyrim, so enemies and weapons don't spawn depending on your level = even if you're still level 1, a maxed level enemy could already spawn. Set the difficulty to legendary. It was chaotic.

The deathclaw went flying because of the vats in the power armor because of pain train. It's a perk of power armor when you run up to an enemy. You knock them down, but because you were running. And then you activated vats you teleported. And causing that cause you were at insane speeds instead of. Technically teleporting, you sent it flying that's the jist of it anyway

0:40 If you started at the bare minimum level for every perk, you’d be above level 8 which is when legendaries are able to spawn. This is why normally you wouldn’t ever see a legendary rad roach in vault 111

Nah ghoulish would slowly heal your hp while taking rads. A d solar powered heals rads during the day from memory. But unsure if it only works outside of combat @iStarlit

What you should’ve done is leveled yourself to 1000 or I believe it was 61,000 which was the max. I think it is 7001 Xbox though and then make sure you have all DLCs downloaded and give yourself all magazines and bubbleheads especially the magazines from the DLC‘s, and then give yourself all the companion perks as well.
@@nattymodding yeah the game is not meant to be played at level 1000 I think the game thinks you should probably max out to level 300 given that by that time you have every perk maxed but I believe the highest enemy that can spawn in is the ancient behemoth, which was level 99 anyway, thanks for the video. If you have nuka world, then you can mod a furious/staggering bat or sledgehammer into a a proper high end weapon. Even a regular modded baseball/sledgehammer will be good, even over a modded super sledge.
Quincy has in the beginning 3 named gunners. And the Regis is a unique enemy that always appears there at level 30. If you haven't killed the radroaches there beforehand

In case you don't know, Bobbleheads still apply the extra point even if you start at 10 in the stat. As far I know, this is the only Fallout to work that way though.

when using a weapon that does more damage every consecutive hit, I would say to reserve your crits for after a few hits. The crits were probably so low because you crit on the first punch.
Nuclear physicist allows you to expel a fusion core from your power armor and it will act as a grenade. You need to not have a grenade equipped and hold the power attack button.
the reason your fusion core blew up is because of one of the perks you have. one of the science perks gives you the ability to jetison your fusion core and explode it to kill enemies. you accidentaly held down the button to do so
As flawed as Fallout 4 was, I still logged a good 150+ hours in it. Hard to complain about 150 hours of entertainment for $70, especially since a modern movie basically breaks down to about $5-10 an hour or so.

I love melee. I just finished a melee only run. The blocking and power armor enemies are kind broken, so VATS becomes necessary. Crits in unarmed paralyze most. And I’m pretty sure the strongest melee weapon is Atom’s Judgment in Far Harbor.
The Deathclaw Flight Program is such a fucking *stupid* glitch that I've never seen before, (considering you don't typically walk up to a scaly boi) despite having been Bethsda "customer" for five years. Funny content, and yes I have pirated the game for almost five years, having only bought it out of spite towards a pirating site and out of annoyance towards modding a Bethesda game. (Death sentence in some parts of the world)
i also play on vary hard and i do run WeMod but i am level 3470 and i love just wading threw every thing. it is stress relief for me. and i do get up to 1 million bottle caps at times grin.

Welp, I applaud you for somehow surviving level 300+ enemies without modded weapons because they are so, so, so tanky. Hell, I've had to get mods that give me more quests since im level 576 as of today....
I love melee. I just finished a melee only run. The blocking and power armor enemies are kind broken, so VATS becomes necessary. Crits in unarmed paralyze most. And I’m pretty sure the strongest melee weapon is Atom’s Judgment in Far Harbor.
The Deathclaw Flight Program is such a fucking *stupid* glitch that I've never seen before, (considering you don't typically walk up to a scaly boi) despite having been Bethsda "customer" for five years.
Funny content, and yes I have pirated the game for almost five years, having only bought it out of spite towards a pirating site and out of annoyance towards modding a Bethesda game.

i also play on vary hard and i do run WeMod but i am level 3470 and i love just wading threw every thing. it is stress relief for me.
and i do get up to 1 million bottle caps at times grin.
