To my ears this instrument epitomizes a "symphonic organ." The sound is absolutely superb! I must make a pilgrimage to hear it. M. Vexo, if you read this comment I want you to know that I hold you in high regard with great respect. Three years ago I heard you play in Philadelphia on the Wanamaker Organ (I flew in from Seattle). Your concert was thrilling, and when we met you were so kind and gracious. I hope that one day I will have the privilege of hearing you play the magnificent organ of the Cathédrale de Nancy! My best wishes to you.

One of my best and favorite organ pieces. Move over Toccata in d-minor. The Piece Heroique rocks. Cavaille -Coll Rocks. there is the French and then there is everything else.
