I just spent 3 days in Terlingua visiting the surrounding areas. Absolutely loved it
Just imagine. Knowing everyone in a small town and someone got murdered. Makes you think that it could be anyone of those hand full of people and they might be living next to you.
Could yes, must no...
This series is misleading. At any given time 3 quarters of the people in Terlingua are tourists. It’s not some desolate ghost town, there’s people rolling in and out of there - lodging, eating at restaurants, going to shops - all the time.
yes, but a lot has changed in the almost 6 years since this video was published, Terlingua grown, lots more people, lots more deviant activity.
In a county with more square miles than people. My type of place.
God Bless that sheriff and protect him everywhere ,.
Gotta love Terlingua and Lajitas!!
Especially if you are one of CIA guys who used to bring coke from Colombia
Unique place. Especially on a full moon...
I own 40 acres in Terlingua.
Carroll Shelby, builder of the Cobra & Shelby Mustang sports cars, once owned a large ranch in Terlingua. There he held his world championship Chili cook-offs. One was covered by the CBS Evening News.
Without Shelby there may not have been Chilis. He gave the loan to his then son in law that was down there at the cook offs.
He returned to Camp County (Leesburg/Pittsburg) near death.
My wife calls Terlingua my "happy place". She knows me well.
If I were younger, I would be moving there
Born and raised in Texas. I love TEXAS.
There's nothing there but a whole lot of beauty
Interesting story
Interesting.
Ese sheriff me detuvo asé un año y enverdad es muy amable
What of the mine tailings?
Hola cuánto cuesta un acre y si aceptan casas movibles (traila) espero su respuesta muchas gracias
They forgot to mention about the two unmarked graves past Terlingua and their connection to 1963
"Ain't that right, Gunny?"
