For everyone who still has this problem, the solution for me was to connect the phone to a pc that has the iTunes app and then download the update on the computer whilst the phone is connected to the computer with a cable. This worked for me and I downloaded every update after constantly getting the “ update not verified” error over and over,

Same on iPhone 11. Trying to update from iOS 17 beta 2 to beta 3 and beta 4 all fail. Only thing i can think of is i replaced the battery myself recently so it's not reading as an authentic apple battery. That's literally all that's changed. Never had this issue before with any of my iPhones previously. Tried everything i can find.
Bought my gf an apple watch for xmas (I despise paying anything for apple products, so handing over >£200 made me vom in the first place). Her iphone 11, which is and always has been a POS won't pair with it, despite me being told it will. So we go to update it, wont do it, so not only does she have a paperweight phone, she has a brand new paperweight watch. This is why I hate Apple. Why oh why do people keep wanting this out of date crap that is just impossible to use, its not intuitive. It's not cool, its fragile AF, and it doesn't even work. Don't get me wrong, android and windows arent without their issues (looking at you W11), but they are centuries ahead of IOS in terms of usability. I'll take windows ME over this turd. And yes, i changed the battery, becuase low and behold, the phone she got on insurance because the other one had a dud battery, the battery died, and they wouldnt replace it becuase they already replaced it before 😂 STOP FUNDING THESE MORONS!
