    Thanks for sharing this video. Since I don't have my DEM, then I use the summarize elevation option. However as you showed in your video it may give different elevation value compare with other sources like terrain elevation map. How we can trust on this results got from summarize elevation? How much they are accurate? Is there any other way that we can find the better elevation values in built-in functions of arcgis pro? Many thanks in advance.

      The variance is due to the remote sensing sensor, not to ArcPro. Lidar is generally the most accurate because it can strip off vegetation and provide a "bare earth" surface. Its resolution is also the finest (.5-2 m). Satellite imagery, such as LandSat, Airbus, etc. are coarser (15-30 m), so you are getting an estimate of the elevation for an area of 225-900 m2, and often the elevation surface represents the top of vegetation.

    Very nice and informative video. Could you please say how do we know the unit of elevation, whether its in meter or feet?

      There is usually a metadata file associated with the DEM that states the units. In addition, they are in meters for the most part.
