Your nails look so perfect! I tried this and the polygel looks lumpy and my nails like melted candle wax. I spent a long time and couldn’t get it shaped nicely like you do. I used alcohol on the brush also.
Thank you so much! When I use polygel I move my finger around to check all my angles. I bring a light close to it to see if it's smooth and if it's not I'll dab my brush in the isopropyl alcohol and gently brush downwards on the top of the nail to make it smooth. I'll do the same for the sides of the nail and tap gently to ensure the shape looks nice. I'll recheck all angles before curing for 60 - 120 seconds. I hope this helps and I'll try to do a video soon where I focus on the polygel application in more detail!
Nicely done.been a minute since ive done a polygel set!! So pretty.love this color. I want to find a builder gel this milky white. I just found a gorgeoussss milky white gel polish!
You can use a rubber base coat as an alternative to polygel since rubber base coat is pretty thick. I would suggest at least 2 layers so they don't break. I hope this helps!
Love watching fellow lefty handed artists ❤❤
Yes we're so rare! I still like to practice with my right hand too 🩷

Definitely look on Amazon. The brand called Beetles has builder gels in different shades, they should have milky white!

No problem!! ❤️
What are you deeping the brush in? Monomer?
I dip the brush in 91% isopropyl alcohol since I'm using polygel not acrylic
@@NailsByRey thanks
How long does this nail last
3-4 weeks!
New Subbie here, Hey Girl Hey!! ❤
Hey Girl!! Welcome 💕
Why not just use a milky white polygel with forms instead of doing your nails twice 🤔
I prefer using nail tips over dual forms for my polygel nails!
