@@boogie5 if you are playing mid to high range PC games you can afford VR, a Quest 2 is $300 to $400, and then the games are cheaper than any other platform, mostly $20-$40, I do have Squad and would like to try some of the larger events sometime...
good question. I would bet its coming eventually, there is a lot to come for sure you can get the exact answer on their discord: bf3reality.com/discord
My installs were so confusing. Xbox game thing said I had premium editiion,,I was like yaay.. Then I find out it was only standard edition and belongs to my EA app. So i guess I will have to wait for some spare money and get all the dlc"s or something.
@@boogie5 i mean yes and no ... Battlefield dont need a uberrealistic scenario where you move for 20 min without any action only to get a strafe shot and bleed out . What battlefield rly needs is better netcode less cod like bugged sliding mechanics , and maybe a gamemod where you have superbattles of 1000 people per continent , like planetside 2 has ... Planetside2 is perfect example what battlefield could be but never achieved . To sad that planetside 2 has the worst Dev team in existance working on it and holding it alive. Deaccelerating games in a time where the skill cap get raised and raised is the biggest mistake you ever could do . People that play videogames , dont need less action (slowed down gameplay) since people that usualy play multiplayer fps games do it to compete and not relax like they about to retire completly .When people compete they invent new strats metas and tricks . This gameplay right here is the oposite . I mean for some one that is into the 40s its quite some relaxing gameplay but for the overall majority (wich are not that old ) you need make games faster and more responsive so the skill cap improves over time and people surpass the older gamer generation .. I am aware that MOST want a casual experience HOWEVER gamers mature.... those that started this thing with NES and DOOM and then QUAKE are in are 40's, almost or even in our 50's.. gamers mature! and the more they do the more will want to have this realistic experience.. I've NEVER had my heart race and adrenaline pump like I have with Squad and Post-Scriptum (see channel ;) ) sure... the first 2 hours I didn't even see an enemy, had no idea where I was getting shot from, but I stuck with it, because I'm old and stubborn. and thank god I did, because I haven't touched a AAA title since!
IDk what it is but your audio recording really is hard to listen to. I noticed this in your PS video, It's like you are recording your speakers instead of PC. Same with your voice, it sounds very distant and not like the actual microphone recording to PC. At least in the beginning of the video, when u were setting down rally. After that the microphone audio sounds solid. Super hyped for bf3 tho
I appreciate you letting me know early in the video, how misinformed the rest of your video is, when you say PR is "rather limited" while you're comparing it to a mod that, at it's current stage, can't and have no roadmap to add new maps, weapons, vehicles, even animations.
I was talking about the BF2 engine being LIMITED compared to BF3 frostbite engine bud... I'm well aware that PR has gaggles of content, I was probably playing it long before you knew it existed ;) maybe catch the context before you're so damn rude to someone you don't even know on the internet
Thank you Boogie5 for the support! Release is coming the 17h, join our discord for more info bf3reality.com/discord
I must say, a game like Squad but with destruction would completely decimate Squad to my estimation
i doubt this will do that lol, but it is a lot of fun!
It is all by perspective, it may very well be much better than Squad to you, maybe even me, we shall see...
So glad you covered this one. Would love to see this on steam.
I know right.. show EA how its done!
Excited! :D Destruction. It is like Squad 2 . I want the smokes to last a lil longer. Make it real world equal in length. Love it though!
hopefully it gets EA to open their eyes a bit!
WOW , is this different Devs from Venice Unleashed ? or is this a different developer .. so cool
they work together.. this is on VU.. just a quick server side DL that allows rally points, fobs, and all the "reality" stuff
I am really excited for this tbh, have been playing mostly VR the last couple years, exclusively Onward, but this looks like lots of fun!
I wish I could afford VR.. you definitely need to try Squad and Post-Scriptum too ;)

Personally I bougth Squad... And BF3 perform so smootly on my pc... And are similar graphics..
squads gunplay is sooooo good though

on steam PREMIUM EDITION (what I got recently) goes on sale for 8 bucks every once in a while
you move so slow in this game they could completly remove the sprint key
there is stamina... this is a milsim. hence the REALITY ;) and it is what the FPS genre, and BATTLEFIELD needs soooo badly!

I hope this mod will have new content (not from original bf) with new player models, weapons and maps, and I hope this mod will became popular.
the more popular it gets, the more will be done to it I'd imagine...
This is obviously never be on Console, so it be nice if EA just stop fucking around and make something more along the lines of this.
I KNOW RIGHT!! hopefully this does well and it opens their eyes!
I'm so eager to play this! IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! New life for BF3! It's like Post Scriptum in XXI century!
yessir! cannot wait to see it a few years from now even, with tons of content!
Insurgency vibe
if Insurgency was a MILSIM... exactly! ;)
welcome to the channel!
can i use reshade in PR?
I would imagine... this is PR2 essentially. Reality mod for BF3
i think the mod is okay but a bit too casual at its current state. needs vehicles and shovels to build stuff
I feel like PRBF2 was a better realism experience than this, but regardless, an amazing mod, Pl45t1c1d3 4575
youre not one for immersion are you mate lol...
good luck in the giveaway!
