And Rudisha ran 45 while in the base training for his 800, probably would've went 43-44 when he was in world record shape

try a workout like tempo 200s if you feel like you are lacking endurance, 10x200 with 2minutes break and go for 30-32 seconds for each

This video was October 12th and probably recorded in mid September. In December now no I'm not doing special endurance because I had to restart my whole training cycle due to tendonitis
