I think It would be a good idea to have a team in Quebec City. The CFL is popular there, and I am sure they will be able to put a strong team on the field. This would make 10 teams, 5 in each Conference.
The problem is the same problem and reason why their is no team in Halifax, who is going to build and maintain the stadium, with only 9 or so home games a season and costing 100's of millions to build the stadium will also run at a loss, the city has to build and maintain it. At least in say Toronto the TFC share the stadium with the Argos.
Good point. The Rouge et Or of Université Laval team has their own stadium, the Stade Telus, I believe. Could they not use that? The Montreal Alouettes use the McGill University stadium, unless Montreal is hosting the Grey Cup, in which cas they use the Olympic Stadium. @@SpruceMoose-iv8un
That was a fun bit. Does Winnipeg still have that great zoo? I must have visited that a hundred times with my kids along with the Museum and Planetarium. Since my days living there, they've added another(?) fantastic museum and The Forks center at the intersection of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers. Montreal truly is the most international city within Canada - and yes all the languages, cultures and foods! Thanks for all this.
I lived from Vancouver BC to Kingston Ontario from 1993 to Present. I have been in most CFL Stadiums with the exception of Montreal and Ottawa. 7/9 is not bad. My Bombers won 5/6 since I have been following the CFL since 1983. I cheered on the Bombers along with other teams wherever the Bombers switch East to West and visa versa.

LOL, the best part about SK is Saskatoon. All the complaints are legit (flights suck, and Regina's food selection is weak). Rider fans are awesome and arguably the reason the CFL is still around.
