. Kadai mushroom is a popular restaurant dish. It is a must try recipe . Spicy yummy and mouthwatering dish .You can have it with chapati.naan, butter naan and pulao etc.. Here I made it in restaurant style and Trust me it is really a must try version of mushroom recipe.
ingredients:
FOR KADAI MASALA:
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper corn
2 whole red chili
1 tsp cumin deeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
250g mushrooms
1 medium size onion paste
3 tomatoes+15 cashews+2 green chilies(make a paste)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp fresh cream or malai
1 medium onion cut into cubes
1 medium capsicum cut into cubes
