Did you find this tutorial helpful? What else would you like to see from Jayme? ↓↓↓
This was exactly what I was looking for. TY so much.!
Great Ami5Jo 💞 - Glad this was helpful!
I have hurt my back a couple of times with Cobra Pose, and this was super helpful. I think I was doing that awkward in-between you demonstrated.
So glad to hear this tutorial has helped Samuel !🌞Sometimes there is such a fine line between a pose feeling juicy & feeling painful
Thank you! That was helpful and clearly explained!
Glad it was helpful!
very helpful, thank you
thanks sooooo much
Happy you enjoyed this offering Taryn!
When doing cobra, would you say it is more spinal extensors arching the back or arms pushing or equal parts spinal extensors and arms? Thanks!
Hi there! We would say to avoid overarching in the back, by actually using your legs for power and support. Your arms are also working but bend or straighten your elbows to fit the intensity level you are looking for. Hopefully this helps!
@@YYOGAatHome Thanks, I'll work on the technique.
fantastic explanation ..just a bit too fast ;-)
