I live in SCW and really enjoy the rec centers, concerts and socializing. People are very nice. I also love that we have a golf cart lifestyle.

Thanks! Yup definitely does not rain nearly as much down here as it does up there! The Sun Cities do have biking clubs, I see them biking the area every time I am there. :)

It’s too hot to live in Arizona . Okay if you like 100 - 110 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months
Do you have suggestions for 45+? Couple w/ no kids, with the ability to 'golf cart' lifestyle eg: to use around the community and perhaps to a grocery store etc.? OR, other communities that are not 45+ but with a 'golf cart' lifestyle? Looking to buy, just looking for the right location in AZ. Thanks so much! :-)
Corta Bella is great! It’s just across the street from Sun City West. I have a video on it if you want to check it out! If you are already in state, I could show you around it in person as well.

Don't forget about the 1025.00 monthly lot lease fees on all houses there.
Are you referring to the one time capital improvement fee? Or manufactured homes? All the homes I was talking about were single family homes on owned land.

I live here and do not pay that fee. In fact property tax is incredibly low.
@@wanaraz Yes, a lot of people love how low the property tax is, no schools to fund means lower taxes!
I own a condo in Sun City and a house in SCW...no land lease fee. Not sure what you are referencing?

@@CadenLeali Sun City West is a jewel. Property tax is really low low low. There is the one time entry fee that I see is absolutely 100% fair. There is virtually no crime and the streets are immaculate. Inside the walls we have shopping for everything you need. plus dozens and dozens of of food places or close by in your golf cart. We go to Walmart Home Depot Kohls pet Smart and many many more in the golf cart including ADOT.
