It was fun to be a little goofy in this video. The TH-cam people told me to show myself. Actually this whole video was basically crafted following TH-cams recommendations.

I love that you include random videos of your own personal interests on the channel as well, it keeps things... human :) I saw you had a couple videos on running and if you ever get the chance come on out to Oregon and hit the trails and pavement here. Olympic Trials for track and field are held in Eugene, Oregon at the legendary Hayward Stadium, random, but a specific event to plan for that draws a worldwide audience. There are so many beautiful places to run here and a large community around it (september and early october are the best for the Willamette Valley area, July and August are the best for Central Oregon where you can get a little altitude and some beautiful scenery of the Cascade Mountains, and I have no idea about Eastern Oregon because it's a massive state and 8/9 hours worth of driving from the valley where I'm at. Portland is a traffic nightmare but if you really want to 'get weird', well, it's really not that weird but go for it lol). Thank you so much for everything and I hope you're doing well man! It is very rare that I get comments that treat me like a real person :) Yes I have a slight addiction to running which sucks right now because I just dropped a washer on my foot and broke 3 toes. I'm walking though and plan on seeing what I can do with duct tape (David Goggins Style if you know who he is). I'd love to travel. Actually running while traveling is my favorite thing to do. I definitely need to spend more time in the Western US. Beautiful country!
@@derekbanas "Stay HARD" lol Goggins is the MAN I wish I had even a fraction of his mind over matter capabilities that man is a machine! It seems like he uses running as a way to 'run from' the weight he had in the past which brings to mind how interesting running can be in that people do it for different reasons. Some of my favorite videos on TH-cam are the short documentaries made by Billy Yang where he covers Ultra Marathons like the Hard Rock 100 in Colorado or the Western States 100. Watching them always inspires me to get back out there and hit the trails. And who HASN'T dropped a washer on their foot while moving it!? I'm 6'3", that's like a tall person never smashing their head on a cabinet corner haha but I'm sorry that happened ~ you'll be back in no time! Those short documentaries will get you through though, for a young filmmaker they're well done and I've rewatched them several times over!

Off topic question Derek. Do you catch common cold? I get at least once a year. Even though I stay careful, I cannot avoid it. Any tips you give would be helpful.
I have not had a cold of any type for almost 2 years. I just made a video about my diet and exercise routine. My diet is 90% fruit and vegetables and I exercise every day. Since I started doing this I feel better then I have ever felt my whole life and I'm in my mid 40s. I just ran a 1/2 marathon this morning for fun and when I was young I was a terrible overweight athlete. I never excelled in athletics and was overweight up until 10 years ago.
Can you help me Im trying to use the w3school template mail and make t dynamic and work with my private messaging system but only 1 resault displays as the template was made to work with js and css but no php or mysql i have if half working only where i can click 1 and it displays but not more than 1 and im stuck? a tut on this would be amazing.

@@derekbanas Thanks dude ur the best :D i belive its todo with the js not being dynamic as you will see thats what I got stuck with, the mail in the mysql is based from adam khorys old tuts from years ago hes friend made the mail (private inbox) thing as an addon to that, I have made my own that works but would like this templaite version as it looks cool like hotmail or google or yahoo style which i find cool but hard to duplicate. (im not good as js and barely good at php and css to be honest). thanks for having a look.
