Unironically this is an occasion where having the flak 88 emplacement on the beach or better hidden near that repair bunker would of been solid. Forces a rebuy of a scott or a mortar since normally US players dont get indirect against mass gren builds
Just a quick correction on the pioneers - they actually have some of the slowest capping in the game until vet 1 - only a 1x multiplier to most mainlines 1.25. Even with vet 1 they're only slightly faster at capping than dak panzergrenadiers. That's compared to 1.5x capping speed for scouts!
Yup, same reason you don't want to over invest in us engineers. But pioneers are so cheap and build so quickly that you can get a ton of early map presence
Great game! Its rare to see these epic tank battles I feel, USF usually just go mass infantry. Crazy to see a Brummbär deflect 6 (!) shots on its frontal armor from two AT guns and three Easy 8’s.
I was curious to see how the Luftwaffe Kompany would turn out. Confirmed why I prefer/ the meta is PanzerGren Kompany. Hulk had more than enough fuel to get out a Stug to counter the Greyhound. The greyhound bled so many units and had so much map presence. The Jager-schreks could not answer. The double schrek squad wipe on retreat to the main base was a big moment. And later at one point the Jager-schreks flanked some AT guns, imagine some Panzergrens with a buddle grenade - they woulda killed some stuff instead of weakly skirmishing with engineers.
Agreed. I've tried this approach and even when I win it feels like a slog. I know Paul has some thoughts, hopefully he'll comment I will say it does highlight how good Greyhound play can still work. I don't think I have the skill to execute it though
I know they're aware of it, but I doubt it's high on the priority list, especially with how small the team is. It could be a super cool mechanic if done right
When you were very busy and N7 Shark uploads right when you have the time to watch some CoH3 casts again.

Glad you're back!

I like this idea... Force the Shermans to work around it. Reakly didn't have the pop cap to build artillery.

This is the stuff that makes coh so good... The RNG adds a little spice to every engagement and keeps things interesting

hope they fix that breach bug, seen it a few times in casts & seems really frustrating.
