Yeah the magura clutch on the 690 is great. I upgraded to the 790 duke also great but no magura! Actually looks like you may be able to get a conversion kit for the the 390 but it looks around 400 dollars.
@@furadride852 By adjusting the free play, you adjust where the friction zone starts. I ride motorcycle trials, so the the position where the friction zone starts is very important to control the bike, that's how I know. To be clear, I'm not talking about how wide the friction zone is, just the position.
@@zombiewoof5257 yeah you can't do that on the 390. The allowable freeplay is 1 - 5mm I think. So the friction zone by default will always be at the end of the travel.
sounds pretty awesome , i fight with mine too granted the bike is 40+ old but i think ill try to make somthing like that for it , groupe rides at slow speed as the bakke opening really kills the wrist for days...
? For you. Do you have the quickshifter +" install done? KTM said it has auto blip too, is that correct? I am removing fuelx before I go and have the install of the shifter+. Warranty . Thanks for your time.

I have a weird feeling these are the same repackaged products guys. These are virtually the same kits. I bought rade windshield, since I live in EU and was unpleasantly surprised with the quality. Distortions in clarity and poor cut - the same issues aliexpress sellers were called for in their comments section. IMO it's a ripoff.

My guess is they misaligned the shifter arm on the shaft.
