    They’re completely irresponsible owners and to blame the ACS over responsibility is absurd although I don’t think that the ACS is faultless. if you have pets that you know are aggressive and you’ve had over two years of complaints from neighbors and the ACS has taken your pets away and you know that your animals are out roaming free and aggressive and then you are responsible for what happens when you fail to control and maintain your pets.

    The owners knew what their dogs were capable of and yet continued to have them as pets despite the history of them biting people until the time they killed a person. They are dangerous and they shouldn't be allowed to be pets. And when outside should be muzzled at all times, they get triggered over the slightest thing. Dangerous dogs need to be banned as pets. The owners had a choice to make to get rid of the dogs or keep them. Unfortunately they made the wrong decision.

    • @drengr2759
      @drengr2759 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Pit bulls are extremely popular with drug addicts, especially meth addicts. The people who own dogs are fully responsible for their training and behavior. You can bet a drug addict is guaranteed to do everything wrong. If drug addicts preferred golden retrievers, we would see far more violent and dangerous golden retrievers in the world.
      Pit bulls were genetically engineered thru centuries of selective breeding to have the strongest jaw and be the most violent. We need a federal law that would ban all pit bull breeding, including mutts that have up to 50% pit bull genetics. It would solve an obvious problem, but unfortunately, drug addicts would just choose a new favorite breed. The only benefit is that it would be a less deadly breed.

They are responsible for most of dog attacks by a huge margin. Even above police dogs like german Shepards. I get so annoyed when these awful attacks happen and people are torn up limb from limb, or they have a death grip on their throat and no one can budge it like a vice. Or little kids become prey...no owner can stop 50-100lbs of muscle aimed like a k*lling machine, these dogs need respect and training. This couple fit the profile of people that get Pit Bulls just because they think it's cool. When I first started following this, I said, I bet they're Pit Bulls, and they were. Next I said I bet this couple fits a stereotype and sure enough.

    Anyone that receives piblic benefits should be banned from owning pets. Why would you bring another mouth to feed into your home when you cant feed or home yourself. If you need other people to feed your kids your clearly not able to take care of a dog

    So the cops and the Animal Care services dropped the ball after 100 calls to the house? How is that even possible? And it cost a beloved grandfather his life and almost killed the grandmother. Shameful.

    Her mom stated on stand that Abilene was intelligent and a wonderful mom. Yet, she needed someone to tell her how to keep dangerous dogs from the streets and her kids lived in a filthy disgusting house that had no electricity. When arrested, stolen credit cards were found in her purse and, during first interview after arrest, she is caught in several lies.
    No one is more to blame than she is and, considering the horrific way the victim dies, she deserves the max of 20 years, as does her husband.

      The stolen credit cards were from Medina Co. where, according to someone else on this thread, she and her husband were into the same lifestyle but were apparently shielded by his BCSO dad, so this is apparently a generational situation.

    Seems like these folks are well known to animal and law enforcement. How insane, for the owners to push all the blame on animal control. Saying that "well nobody told me what to do"- be responsible! They were well aware of the aggressiveness, and simply expected animal control to handle their pets for them. If AC had tried to put them down, the owners wouldve cried foul over that.

  • @ReiRei992
    @ReiRei992 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    They know that their dogs are aggressive why would they let them out in the front yard? They should stay inside the house.
    I'm sure they use their dogs to terrorize their neighborhood.
